I don't think with the likes of Luai, Api, Royce, Bird & May and even some big voices like Seyfarth in there, players wouldn't want to crack the sads or risk being pulled into line plus word gets around the other NRL players/coaches quickly if someone was being a sulk risking their futures elsewhere. Maybe that's why there has been minimal interest in Naden.

This is an interesting line from Chammas: The Tigers are hopeful - once the big dominoes like Ben Hunt and Ryan Papenhuyzen fall - teams might be more willing to look at the lower end of their roster spots. If not, they’ll have to dip into their pockets.

To me this suggests if another club doesn't take a Naden, Sullivan or Bateman, we might pay out one of our lower paid players like Tumeth or Saukuru to create a roster spot or 2.

That sounds to me like EXACTLY what's happening mate.

Seems as though Richo will hold out as long as possible until they're able to finally move a couple on or, they will simply buy out a couple.

My prediction is that we'll free up three more by trial time. With one going to Sione.

I expect Bateman (at least) to go, Saukuru and Tumeth to be bought out.

I don't think we can actually afford to lose both Sullivan and Doueihi. Both of whom there has been plenty of chat about.

I don’t know about you , but I don’t see Tartak sitting by idly twiddling his thumbs now that he has been officially told that he has “misread” the previous expectations of a Top 30 spot being on offer .., I would in fact expect him to be aggressively shopping him now elsewhere… first stop our friends at Manly who always have room for one more ex-Tiger

Is that based on solid information or just hope?I prefer it to be solid information

Reality is some pretty poor rosters have stuck into 8th and occasionally a decent side is bottom 2 or 3. Attitude and consistency count for a lot more.

Why have they done that? usually because they a good coach. Not likely here unless roster keeps improving or we upgrade coach.

Bateman's attitude seems to be very poor and counterproductive just like it was at Canberra before he left.I honestly hope he never get's back to us but is moved on elsewhere (Manly hopefully) before he can spread his crap attitude to the rest of the squad.

I honestly can’t seem him coming back … but they will basically be forced into paying most of his freight now .::
