Not sure if you see it like this but this is My WT current Roster assessment without including Marshall and Farah (club greats on their last legs)

First Grade Standard

1. Matterson (Madge .... we need another 16 like him)
2. Twal (solid)
3. Mikelle (great potential)
4. Lawrence (stick around mate .... next year you might have few real players with you)
5. Brooks (waiting, waiting, waiting .... only shines when our forwards get on top)
6. Masters (one good game and one bad, one good and one bad etc etc etc)
7. Mbye (SIGH ….. he is our captain and SOO player)

Solid back first grade back up keepers
8. Thompson (Great player with heart BUT too small)
9. Liddle (Great player with heart BUT too small)
10. Nofaluma (Great club man with heart BUT too small)
11. Gardner (a backup, he needs work but a keeper)
12. CheeKam (should not have been resigned)
13. Eisenhuth (one good game and one bad, one good and one bad just makes this list)
14. Aloia (keeper but heard he is another being shopped around)
Our Future
15. Madden (definite keeper)
16. Bradley (potential ..... keeper)
17. Sayfarth (potential)
18. Talau (potential .... keeper)
19. Oliver Clarke (maybe just maybe)

Second Hand Market Stall

20. Matulino (past best now in semi retirement mode
21. Packer (past their best now in semi retirement mode)
22. Reynolds (needs body parts replacement. Bound to come good when he leaves us)
23. Mcqueen (been at the exit doors since he arrived)
24. Mimirowski ( nothing special so far, solid second grader)
25. Rochow (marginal second grader)
26. Taylor (solid second grader)
27. McIntyre (solid second grader)
28. Smith (not sure I can be that confident from what I seen to date and small frame)
29. Fonua (all heart but not really)
30. Gamble (waiting, waiting, waiting .... nothing to see here)
31. Jennings (waiting, waiting, waiting .... nothing to see here)

Wish List:- DWZ, Corey Oates, Jordan Rapana, Pangai Junior, Christian Welch, Manu Ma’u, George Burgess, Rhyse Martin, Sasaia Feki, Dylan Walker, Scott Drinkwater,

Not sure about 2nd hand stall, some of these are council clean-up material

McIntyre and Dylan Smith are keepers. Jennings is a solid backup and Aloai is another solid first grader and he’s off contract so not sure how he’s being shopped around.

I’d put Nofa and Mbye in the Stall. Mainly because of their contracts.

@gallagher Pascoe is not a dud.

The club made a profit last year.

As I said before. Our fine, remind me who's fault that was, put us back in the red.

@WT2K

We are having the same problem as last year in that we are mid season and still do not know our best 17. There should be no question on this. The one fact remains from last season that our forwards cannot make meters, bar alaoi and Mikaele. Twals been struggling and should not be your top prop. Madge knows this hence why trying to get rid of them our problem is no one else wants them and dumb enough to pay that much money even the ex coach that signed them.

@gallagher Really? Link please because I can’t see the books and so I am not sure your statement is a true reflection of the clubs financial position.

Could you see the books that say we made a profit?

And the nrl fined us after that. So they may include that in this years p & l to keep last years looking good but as the article states our aim is to end a 7 year absence from September footy. Our main aim is to win footy games...doing that keeps sponsors happy...we won't be posting a profit every year by losing. Also Gallagher is correct in saying looking at the accounts as if this figure includes a large payment from penrith for Cleary it does make a loss until our coach left

Fair enough, $100k profit but then cop a $375 fine from the NRL for cheating.
They also announced a profit for 2018, not a financial year like 17/18. It that unusual?

You may be right however until the club makes an announcement it is all speculation. We don’t know what the sponsors have done. Eg have we on-boarded more or increased revenue in other ways to cover the fine etc. Just because we received a fine doesn’t necessarily mean we will have a loss. There would be many factors involved. So back to the original, yes I think Pascoe has contributed positively to the club despite the technical faux pas.

Warriors must be in a bad place if their commentators are talking about matulino and packer as players they should look at
