I think we should consider Milf.. A pre season under McGuire will do him good and i think he would come back to his best.. The broncos would be willing to let him go and maybe pay some of the freight so they can spend it on David F.
He is a class player that can turn a game in an instant.. I think his form dropped the last year or 2 as they had him trying to do everything.. Put him at 1 and he can just focus on that..
I think you could get him for around 750k as well..

Milford was often not mentally up for games at Suncorp on Friday nights in front of 40 000.

Can you imagine him with us at Cambo in front of 8000?

I understand what you are saying but if you had him at fullback and not having the run the show he would be under less pressure.. In the broncos he was there everything trying to cover 6,7 & 1 and thats a lot of pressure when other teams just put all there defence focus on him..
Put him with Brooks / Benji and he won't be the main attack weapon and he will shine like he was a few years ago.. Even a Cronk or Cleary type player would struggle in that team with NO other options.

In response to Strongee, yes I would take Jack Bird for 400k for sure. I would even go as high as 600k. He has talent and needs to get out of Brisbane I reckon

Oh that’s right - they’re still contracted.

There is absolutely no one on that list worth chasing, that's why everyone is going after already contracted players wanting an early release from their clubs. Signing contracts has become a bit of a joke really if a player can just opt out any time they like. Same goes for clubs trying to move contracted players on unless they have a valid reason for doing so like long term injury or whatever.
