This is the problem with social media. Someone writes something, and assumptions are made. For all we know it could have been sarcasm. Then there's this whole rubbish of people watching every move these players make on social media. Some even go to the lengths of private messaging. Its bordeline stalkerish and totally ott.

Their has been many comments from many forum members with reliable sources saying that rona has signed only if his current side folds where did you get this info that he has not signed or even has had talks with the tigers?
 
Did someone mention somewhere on here we had enquired about Tariq Sims, he's the type of strike back rower we need, if he was to become available.

I would like to add to this thread by saying I hope there are plenty more signings to be announced there are still one hell of a lot of plodders left in the Top side and reserve grade..many say a proper clean out is under way but these guys are still around!

Have loved all your information and I thank you.

However insinuating that Lichaa or even mentioning Carter as prospective replacements for McIlwrick and Liddle is absolutely astounding. We are talking about 2 hookers who have to play with people like Lovett and a bunch of juniors that have very little experience.

I know from previous posts that you do not rate our number nines but to suggest your 2 replacements is the ultimate insult to these to guys. Liddle is so far in front of them even at this early stage of his career it isn't funny.

He didn't miss a tackle on Lichaa. He had been involved in the tackle before around the legs and hadn't got himself back around to marker in time after a quick PTB. He was offisde and in the way so it was poor defence, but he didn't miss a tackle.

I reckon we need only 2 more pieces to complete the puzzle for the 2018 season. We need a big hard hitting, hard running, no nonsense, impact 2nd rower .. and we need a competent goal kicker .. !!

Or can Ivan train Lolohea to be our number one goal kicker .. ??

It was as much Simms fault as it was Milne, Simms should have called Milne to move one way or the other, they both covered the same player and Lichha had a gap to stroll through, Simms was set on the line and Milne was getting back in position after making the previous tackle.
