Hes not a quality player yet.

Can you imagine if we swap packer/matulino with twal and felise? Defensive issues would be created. Brenton lawrence is a good defender. Id take him for two years. By then Twal and felise would be ready.

I'd like Lawrence too. He'd be a fantastic bench prop that would hold his own against almost anyone.

TMM to Cowboys to get some mentoring of JT 😱pen_mouth:

Good pick up! Always believed that TMM to be the next JT! I am sure his next contract will be $1.5m plus. Good luck, is a better player than me!

Andrew Moore on abc just said Dylan Walker wants out at manly. Would definitely take him. Goal kicker too.

Luciano Leilua come off contract at the end of 2018\. Was a weapon for the Dragons at the end of 2016 in the back row and hasn't been used at all this season. 6'1 and 112kg with a great offload. Would slot straight into our 17.

If he wants out of a club that isn't doing too bad, I'd imagine he already has a destination in mind.

If you speak with Illawarra supporters there is a reason why he hasn't been used. While attack is important, wins are built on defence. I think it is this side of his game that needs work.

I dont think he would come here to warm the bench…he'd possibly get a start at the dragons

Would be just what we need in our backline….for one i cant see manly letting him go....but if they did, there's always the rorters there desperate for another back....and surley uncle nick could find another brown paper bag

He stated there's a problem with his contract, was the reason Nate Myles left manly

I reckon Walker would be a sensation at fullback. He can play.

You speak with Illawarra supporters?

In all seriousness though I haven't seen enough of him to judge his defence but I certainly remember him being a handful in attack. Had some ball playing ability to from memory

I have a source very close to luciano he is not happy at the dragons because he is not getting a start he has contacted his manager and is seeking a release he wants to come to the tigers and play under cleary. Take it for what its worth.

We need players who can defend and judging by what you said he can't defend.

Isn't that why we release Paseka, because he could not defend?

Any chance of Koro coming home?

God damn Taylor for christs sake cost us JAC and Koro

1\. David Nofoaluama
2\. Marika Koroibete
3\. Moses Suli
4\. Taane Milne
5\. Josh Addo Carr

Mmmmmmmmm

I'm tired of correcting why Carr left.

He would not wait until Pascoe returned from leave so he could sign the contract. He signed with the Storm instead and then tried to get out of it, COP had passed.

So JT had nothing to do with either leaving. If you saw Carr the other day you wouldn't want him back.

1\. Lolo
2\. Nofo
3\. Suli
4\. Milne
5.Rona

Much better - they would all want to play for us.

That is how I understood the sequence as well. If I'm not mistaken, JAC and Rankin joined the same off-season, but Rankin had previous FG experience and JAC was from NYC. Rankin was preferred initially and by Round 5 JAC had signed with Storm, but he got his debut two weeks later, went on to play 9 games.

Hardly a negligent sequence of events, JAC was poached from Cronulla, it wasn't like he came through our system and we took him for granted.

JAC wanted to come to the Weststigers, he was winger, unlike Rankin, playing out of position. JAC was playing well from the start of the season. Any coach with an ounce of brains would of had him in first grade, and that's why Storm went after him. Really what do you expect a winger to do when he has a decision playing reserve grade for Tigers or playing first grade for the Storm.

Korobeite, JAC and Brown were losses attributable to inexperienced coaches who preferred the "safe" option players such as the Rankins instead of attempting to harness the raw talent of these players.
