Mmbye is our captain at the moment and not the worst player either. We have other koala's in this team too
at the end of the day it is wests tigers will support whoever they pick to run out in the team colours

And by the way Jedi I do agree mostly with what you are saying but all I'm saying is there can be exceptions to your point and surely moses was one example of that

i dont like Nofo or other members of the team but where does it get you... Madge picks the team you either support the team and the players or you dont

I support the team as a whole, Mbye included: always wish they play to their best as that in turn gives us the greatest chance at success.
I agree that it would be poor form from a supporter if they hoped someone in our team played badly only for the reason that they dislike that player. That get you nowhere.
Can't agree that Mbye is a good captain though.....he's just "there". No on-field inspiration or emotion at all, when your team is getting a flogging for example the captain needs to be saying something to his team to get some sort of response. Mbye just doesn't look like he has a win-at-all-costs mentality, which a good captain must have. Look at good on-field captains such as Thurston and Gallen......they would of cut their arm off if it meant winning a game of footy. Intensity and passion are 2 traits our club desperately needs our captain to possess, moreso considering we lack talent in our squad.

as a captain in field Mmbye is not great but again i dont see what goes on during the week and pre season. Madge has been around a long time i dont think he would pick him if the team didnt follow him etc.
Next year if he goes to 14 we would need a captain no idea who, maybe Packer but always suspended and only plays 40 mins

I think any combination of teams left in the genuine race for the premiership would be bad. Panthers, Storm, Roosters, Souths or Parra winning the GF would be extremely hard to swallow. Sharks only slightly less. Only Canberra or Newcastle would be enjoyable to see win the Premiership IMO.
No other teams outside of those 8 has a hope in hell of being Premiers this year.

The comp being called off in 2 months time would be best-case scenario (obviously not through COVID deaths but hopefully through some other reason).

Wouldn't offer TPJ too much. He doesn't provide much in attack and is really only beneficial for a few cheap shots and suspensions per season.

I'd sign him for sure. if he's a $600k a year player then that's half of the Farah cap fine. yes he's a firebrand and a risk, but our pack needs more punch and he would most certainly bring that.
