I'm sure Titans are spewing about getting Fifita also.

Fifita hardly played last season he can defend and his best years are ahead of him as he is only young.
Joe O best years are behind him. He was terrible in defence this season.
I cannot believe how we don’t learn from the mistakes of the past years by continuously purchasing rejects or older players past their prime.

If you don't like him, fair enough, but he's 25 and his defence was decent until this last year. You'd prefer McIntyre I guess.

Apparently, his wife suffered a serious Cancer issue. He will be very welcome and we will have an enormous pack for once - just what Madge wanted.

All good signings so far. Adding Joe O and Siro would be amazing.

Why? Sironen a straight swap for Aloiai and we easily have enough for a subsidised Joe O.

We have the squad numbers to make it happen. If the dominos could fall like that, then knowing we have more cash to splurge again in 2022, then that is very exciting.

Don’t know that story, he was enjoying the fame and fortune a bit too much, I’d say to him we see you as a future captain, wouldn’t that be a story

Joe O is a genuine NRL player - fingers crossed we land him
Curtis would be great for us if he could stay on the pitch, hopefully the club don’t drop off if we get Joe
If Laurie could be released for 2021 there’s an X factor player we need

Still unhappy with the JTJ signing but if we land the 3 above, he’s probably competing for a spot anyway.

In that case, as much as Siro has grown on me, id be taking Joe. He’s an Origin player, and only in his mid 20’s. Him and Tamou upfront, with Packer off the bench in a contract year. Oh baby.

Hope you’re right, but it seems reports are saying that Joe O is the payback for us losing Aloiai, whereas the Sironen rumour appears to be just wishful thinking.

A lot of negative views on prospective signings I’ll admit they are high risk Laurie, Jet, Joe O, Siro.
Reality is we struggle to attract players have done so for years. There is potential for us to have an upgraded team next year even with losing Aloai and Matterson last year.

Joe O will be like Luciano last year replacing Matterson. I suspect he will be an upgrade but a higher risk proposition and end up much cheaper.

All 4 signings ( if that’s how it pans out) are solid improvements on what we had and or lost or about to lose.
We are building a good roster but I got to ask ... what the hell do you want ? That may satisfy the pallet.

Absolutely should not!
We trade with Manly for an upgrade before we release him a year early ......

Screw that, demand compensation from Manly still. Sironen or they can pay us a couple hundred grand for him. Just because we’ve signed someone in his spot doesn’t mean we should let him go

They won’t have a choice they will want the player starting training shortly and Aloai gone. We will need the cap room. Will play out the same way as it did Matterson. We brought Leilua in who arguably had the better season at a lower cost.
NRL has to fix this.
