Des stuffed Manly's Cap and it looks like he's struck again. How come Kent,Ikin and Rothfield aren't all over this. Oh, that's right, because it's not us.

Manly seem to recover pretty quickly.

Being investigated by NRL for cap rorting a good reason for getting quick results.

Nothing may come of it but where there's smoke there is fire. Finding actual evidence of rorting is impossible unless someone there in a high position turns on them.

Brett Morris is shot. People criticised us taking on Ballin, Morris is nigh on the same risk.

I fully agree. No to Morris.
It's either 'past their use by' players based on their reputations from years ago, or 'maybe up and comers' based on potential.

Rochow is a done deal.

confirmed? I dont mind these depth sognings honestly. We needed to start fron the bottom again so this can team can improve. Alit of players on 2 year contracts If it doesnt work out well replace them from a better position.

Cooling off

He's an experienced first grader. Given our 2018 back row looks a bit dodgy from an injury and depth perspective it makes sense IMO.

Big whispers about Benji returning next year…

And where would he play…..

Same as he did at Broncos and the same role we were looking at for Connor Watson. He can play either as a bench utility and then if ypu have any injuries he could slot in either on bench or in the halves or in the centres. Given he has filled thay role successfully for the team coming 3rd shouldnt be that hard for the team coming 15th

Interesting scenario, and some valid points.

Would also be a great money spinner for the WT's!
