Anyone know if Laurie is a goal kicker?
Asking for a friend.. 😀
ADs strike rate at the end of the year was pretty good . His percentage was brought down by his abysmal start . I’d say as the year went on he became more comfortable , and I’d also argue that his strike Nd purchase of the ball are pretty awesome.
If memory recalls properly Doueihi had a leg muscle injury which hampered his kicking in 2020?
Yea that as well apparently . Do people remember momo missing from in front to lose us a game ? Or did I imagine that ?
Yes recall against the Bulldogs.
We should never had been in that position to kick a goal to Tie the game on fulltime, also leading at the break, Bulldogs were bottom of ladder again attitude thought we only had to show up to Win.
see match stats below Momo he also scored 2 tries....

I’m merely using this as an example that he isn’t the goal kicking messiah , and in fact his on field skill is probably a more apt way of assessing his talent . That’s all.
Well you should not state for losing the game, his overall stats were quite good and he did perform, just making my point but all good.
Agree Goal kicking in recent seasons have cost us playing finals might again this year unless % improve.
Madge not keen on moving him on and i tend to agree if other don't perform he will be playing 1st grade and he needs to realize that this club gives him more opportunity with those who are in front of him.
Mate, you see the irony here. All those that want Momo gone, based on a single newspaper article and a forum contributor who thought he looked upset at training, are condoning exactly the same behaviour from Diane Laurie, our saviour. JL was public enemy No 1 last season, JTJ has been punted by 5 different clubs, TT hasn’t shown anything near what his raps indicate and Momo is a try scorer and goal kicker with experience at 2 premiership winning clubs. Do these people even watch football?
LOL , are you serious ? The issue with the tigers is a lack of dynamic players , who can break a deadlock , and change the outcome of a game . Or simply finish off a half break from a distance . This is what people are talking about .
We have always had good attacking structures throughout our history , but recently , it’s this quality which we have lacked .
Joey , has been told to have a long hard look in the mirror of which he has responded . Jimmy has had a horrendous childhood full of sexual abuse , and abandonment. And only recently in the last year , has he started to open up , and try and find something cathartic, in a really messed up story . Talau who is the next drop , is a sought after impact centre , who could be anything .
And then There’s Kei . One of the most talked about juniors I’ve seen on here , who many good judges think is going to be a star.
Yes we arch footy . But we clearly watch a lot closer than you do. Quoting tries and goal kicks .
So what you’re trying to tell me is your two first choice centres have been told to have a long hard look at themselves or find something cathartic, but a bloke who scores 14 tries in 19 games doesn’t rate.
