Talk of Michael Morgan might have to get medically retired might be a bit more desperate to get Brooks up there now. I don’t know how keen we’d be to shift him this season even if we do get Hastings he’s no certainty to be any better than Brooks.

Maybe not, but I think it would be good to have his contract off our books.

We should go hard at Burton, I think that he'll be regretting signing with the puppies now along with JAC

Both are getting the money at the cost of destroying their career for years

Our most 'experienced' forwards were amongst the worst in the first 2 games - Tamou, Ophenogue, L Lelua, and Packer.

He's not breaking that contract to come here.

The Mole: Big-money Bulldogs favourites to sign gun Broncos centre Kotoni Staggs for 2022

That would be absurd. Literally half their cap on a handful of outside backs. Zero depth, average pack, average halves, and a whole lot of mercenaries on 700k+

Honestly they have recruited well.
The part that will fail them is Trent Barrett. He is another Jason Taylor although with people skills. But same sort of 1dimension planning that Siebold did at the Broncos

Their in meltdown over at the kennel and most of their anger is aimed at their new recruits Allan, Flanagan and Hetherington. There’s even a sack Trent Barrett thread lol.

If he thought things were tough at Manly he will need to develop coat of armour to survive at the Bulldogs till all his class imports arrive.

He needs forwards not backs, what he has coming are backs and the dogs will need to do a massive upgrade to their pack for them to be effective

They signed for the dollars. They’re still happy with a spoon.

Tigers after Brent Naden for this year, likely to play on the wing according to Chammas

Oh boy. No doubt this kid has talent but I really question his head space and whether Madge can bring him in line.

Similar to Roberts although not as bad I think. Hopefully with the indigenous program we have, Badger, Tahu and the other indigenous boys they could look after him like they have Jimmy the Jet.

Would be surprised if Penrith released him, they've shown they won't give anyone away for free.

Naden would be a good pickup. We need a winger desperately.

As predicted Wests beat the Knights and the Betfair price has plummeted from 130 to 60.
Hope everyone's on.

Triple M have just broke on air that Sea Eagles have told Marty T to look elsewhere...

He can look elsewhere as far as I'm concerned, didn't want to stay with us so go suck eggs somewhere else.

He is absolute crap now anyway

Not sure I’d say that. In a badly beaten team against South’s he still managed 160m. 120m against Roosters the week before. Not saying he’s the player he was but he’d walk into our team

Too much of a plodder in defense though

I would say he would make our forwards look good defensively
