I don't believe Pascoe, Maguire and Hartigan would go to Brisbane for a meet and greet. Whatever went down required our financial guy, recruitment guy and for now coach. Did the cable guy go?

Yeah for sure as there is no way they met him to talk about playing for nz
All I’m thinking is Maby they met a few other players while they were up there

You might be on the money, even talking to people in the know about young talent availiable. We dont get to see much of the qld comp, it is a great nursery.

They bring experience that we so desperately need even if its only for 2 years..If we had a specialist winger last night instead of TT we would of won that game... We have the money so surely we can attract one of these guys because I am sick of watching our backs struggle. ..

He is 31 and shits all over what we currently have..
I would take him for 2 years

I was unsure about Nicho Hynes but after watching him tonight without all the normal halves I am all in on this kid.. I was happy with with having Daine Laurie at the back but we should be looking at adding Hynes and if that means moving him to 6 I say yes... He is involved in everything and looks like he can read the game perfectly. We have the money and should at least put our hand up

Agree. Starred tonight without the best Melbourne players - granted the forward pack gave him plenty to play behind. No ego and great attitude. Would take the risk and pay overs for him.

Not really. He'd happily go to the right club for less.

We could offer him a starting spot on very good money compared to some other clubs where there money is tight. We have heaps of salary cap so we may as well spend it.. Why hold onto it and pay some other 2nd fiddle player the money.. As a club we are crying out for some kind of star and he could be it.
