I'm intrigued to find out who this 29th player is. Assuming we leave the 30th spot for an opportunistic signing pre-June 30, there won't be any further off-season signings (for 2018 at least).

I was watching some videos of Numpty. He is a beast! Could be a bolter to start ahead of Twal.

This announcement is for the 2018 season. So if that player is RTS, or Gutherson or French or Napa or Cordner or whoever else has been mentioned that's already contracted, their club will announce that they've been released before we announced they're signed
