Yes this club just keeps on keeping on with signing injury prone nuffies ... Its a signing for the sake of a signing Imo ...offers nothing that the club has already got .If he gets a contract my perception of the recruitment team will change to what HAS changed .

Easily and by far our best player this year. It's not close. Doueihi is very good though. I'm a massive fan. Doueihi just has a lot of flaws in his game he needs to work on with the no 1 being his defense.

He can whack them. His defense can be great but he also gets caught out not pushing up quickly enough or being out of position.

From what I saw of Maumalo in his first game with us, I wasn’t impressed….Plodder…..at least DWZ runs with vigour…..

What did you think of watching a real winger in action last night when Olam after picking up the loose ball his first thought was to get it to JAC? This is the problem with Maguire. First thought is hitting it up rather than finishing from anywhere on the field.

Trust me mate I'd rather have JAC than Maumalo but we needed a winger and he was the best on the market. I doubt he's on big coin so if we could sign a gun winger he could take a back seat.

We missed JAC, the Bulldogs got him. Coates was on the move but we end up with Maumalo.

A player like Coates who still needs to develop would always choose the Storm system to improve his game
We need to find a way to entice players to come
The COE will help but we need far more then that
We need a wealthy business man or women to help with third party payments
We should have someone in head office that can organise social events for the families of players so the women don't fell like they are being left alone
Think of it as a support group for the families
Maybe the club can organise outings for the children so the mums get some time to socialise with other mums in our club
We need to look outside the square and find out how to entice players and their families to join our club
Maybe support scholarships for children or Uni courses for wives if that is allowed
There is life after football so help these players and their families set themselves up for life after football
What can we do to help the families and not just the players

I think if the team starts performing Nofo will be just as good as he has been in the past. I also don't see him as anywhere near a top winger in the comp. We overpaid with too long a contract but I don't see it as a club killer. It's not in Mbye, Reynolds or Packer realm or even close to it.

Yeah, we overpaid him but it won't cripple us for the long term especially if we continue to be smart with our salary cap.

Nuffie is a spent force ..he needs to hope that nobody younger / stronger/runs straight to the defensive line and has a shoulder shows up as he's gone !
Time for us to wake up as this level of player is exactly the reason there is no success , if you can not defend the line go somewhere else !

I really doubt there is any interest from the club, there wasn't any interest when he was offered as a swap last year.

I hate those games where he just runs sideways. He's so effective running forward hard but he tries to run across field and set something up every time. I feel like every time he touches the footy (or defends for that matters) he wants to score and do a big play instead of just doing the tough stuff sometimes

Last year he did a lot more of the tough stuff and killed it
