Seeing as we're playing fantasy football, I reckon we need to be smart and play a bit of money ball here.

Assuming both Wood$ and Tede$co leave, I would sign:

Fullback:
Michael Gordon (cheapie)

Wing:
David Mead (cheapie)

Centre:
Dane Gagai/Taane Milne (Milne would be cheap)

These 3 guys have all played fullback, centre and wing (except for Milne), so they are interchangable in the backline.

Halves:
Tyrone Roberts (backup - maybe fills a utility spot on the bench?)
Gareth Widdop

Props
Mautulino
Vete
Packer

Hooker
Nathan Peats

Team would look like this:

1\. Michael Gordon
2\. David Nofoaluma
3\. Dane Gagai/Taane Milne
4\. Mo$es Suli
5\. David Mead

6\. Gareth Widdop
7\. Luke Brooks

8\. Ava Seumanafagai
9\. Nathan Peats
10\. Ben Mautulino
11\. Chris McQueen
12\. Jamal Idris
13\. Elijah Taylor

14\. Tyrone Roberts
15\. Albert Vete
16\. Jesse Sue
17\. Russel Packer

Unless you intend to handcuff or drug them , how do you intend to get any of them to come to the West Tigers wasteland. This is Ground Zero, and well and truly toxic

Thought about following another club? Because you sure seem to hate this one.

Keep being apologists for the admin, and we'll still be having these disasters 10 yrs from now.
The buck stops with Go. If she got some knowledge of running a sports club instead of whinging that she is treated differently because she's a woman, we might be in a better state.
While I'm happy enough to see Brooks and Moses go, the childish names that are being used on Them show what a bunch of children some members of this forum are.
Why would anyone want to come here unless they were desperate

Players will want to come to the WTs because they will see an opportunity to pay 1st Grade and earn a decent pay packet at the same time.

The WTS have a very bright future and if some of the members on here don't agree then there's the door.!!!

When has Go ever whinged that she's being treated differently because she's a woman? I've never heard her say that, but of course I'm not privy to everything she has ever said, so I'll stand corrected if I'm wrong.

Gela_moseby was vey good as a fullback. Broke all sorts of try scoring records in the U/20's

Pretty sure he played on the wing when he broke the try scoring record. He would transition well though.
I would prefer Latrell Mitchell, having both would be even better.

First things first let's chase Corey Harawira-Naera. That's another 80 minute second row option that has shown some x factor in attack. The more he plays first grade the more interest he's going to attract - move now Ivan!

Yes he was on the wing with Ponga at fullback.

He's not off-contract.

He signed a 2 year extension in 2015 so he will be, unless you know something that suggests otherwise?

If we resign Ava he is going to need to step up.

Averaging 87m is part of the reason we didn't have enough go forward.

Even if we get Matulino and Packer we need one more prop with aggression such as a Vete but I gather he is looking at the Titans.

Look at his minutes played, he's not getting a lot of game time ATM even though he has a decent motor.

About 4 or 5 weeks ago I think the first time was at a meeting of CEO's and later spoke about it in the press and I think there was a tv interview that she mentioned it as well.
It was all over the media, don't know how it was missed
It was no secret.

I am just going of the Market Watch off-contract list but, while looking him up I just found something VERY interesting:

**"Harawira-Naera and Fisher-Harris remain close to former Panther Elijah Taylor, who took them under his wing when they arrived from New Zealand."**

I mentioned this before, he was mentored by ET, he still keeps in contact with him, we need to use this connection

Gun youngster, if he is off contract.. We should definitely try and get him.

Steve Mascord, April 7th or 9th smh is one of the reports about her bringing out the "Difference because is a woman" card. Her claims were repeated on numerous other media outlets.
It was also stated in one of the interviews( from memory I think it was tv) thay the the reason if any , that she was treated differently was because she had no idea about the job.

Reckon that Cleary has his finger on the pulse.

Think we will have a couple of nice surprises by the end of the week.

Agreed. I think it was pretty amusing that he outmanoeuvred the dynamic duo and was so professional and respectful to them in his interview. It is nice to have a very classy coach at the club.
