We really need lomax in the centres

We really need halves that pass to centres.

Lol why would you give early ball to any of our centres ? They’re all terrible

Ha indeed, but why bother with lomax if he won’t get the ball. Cut outs to second rowers and inside balls to second rowers seem to be what we do. It’s no wonder we don’t score any points

Since when do we not score points? Were 9th for points scored. Admittedly 9th isnt great but when you consider that were 15th for points conceded and that poor defense reduces attacking opportunities 9th is quite an achievement.

38 nil vs the worst performing team in the NRL era

So that game is reflective of our attack the whole season?

AD and Laurie were the providers of most of our attack. They're both going to be missing for a chunk of the season

AD yes, Laurie no.

Far out there’s some brainless idiots at the helm of this club. While we’re scratching our heads and “waiting” for targets to just fall on our laps, Canberra negotiate a deal with Jamal Fogarty for barely 300k a year for 3 years. Not like our halves a mess and we lack leaders

You wanted Jamal Fogarty here?

He's a massive upgrade on Brooks

That’s a hot take IMO

I’d agree with it. I rate Fogarty.

If you’ve watched the 2 since Fogarty debuted its really not.

We were actually one of the worst attacking teams considering majority of our points were scored when we were losing games by a 18 plus margin. Don’t let the points for fool you.

since about 2015

Lomax should be top priority alongside a player swap for Brooks, Watching the Dogs game it was clear he threw it deliberately. A house divided cannot stand, he needs to go.

Oh yeah, he threw it. That’s why they awarded him player of the year.

More likely to be extended than punted

Damn I thought Marsters looked pretty good when he debuted, also a lot of teams could do worse than Mago as a bench prop. Mago is solid but his best games always seemed to be in the trials.

Geez people say some really stupid things.
If you look at the last game Brooks wasn’t the main culprit. Brooks was the only one chasing the bulldogs breaks and covering. To lose 30+ is more on the whole squad than the halfback. He didn’t throw an intercept pass, didn’t shy from making a tackle and didn’t set the opposition up. Yes he played terrible but others played alot worse.

I'm looking forward to seeing someone a Reynolds' calibre in the broncos halves. Idm Gamble and Kelly, but he can teach them a lot.

How I want it to play out is Gamble partners Reynolds for the next 3 seasons and learns as much as possible from him. Then when Reynolds retires gamble is ready to step up and take over as their organising halfback. Gamble may not be a superstar, but I think he could be solid and he seems to have the passion and drive to control the team.

The only stupid thing he said was thinking any team would do a player swap with Brooks.
He dogged it in the last game and should be ashamed to show his face in our colours again.

Besides Reynolds, I think the Broncos recruitment has been poor. The only other half decent signing they made was Capewell.

Hardly. Ryan James would have been a good signing 5 years ago. Branko Lee would be ok, except for the fact he hasn’t played in God knows how long. Billy Walters is the definition of nepotism. The rest aren’t established first graders.
