Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

A signing that fits our culture and price range is Jason Clark from Souths. He's bog average but tough, experienced and fits the no DH policy we unofficially have. Could replace Tim Grant if he decides to leave.

He's worse than bog average, he's bloody awful. God no…

X2\. Bring back Lovett, Rankin, Jack Buchanon and Sign Dave Tyrell, Ben Lowe and Aidan Tolman. For some star power maybe even Aaron Woods. All time Plod Team.

What about Tyrone Robert Davies from the Titans good young kid plays wing fullback super fast and silky skills with the ball just needs to be taught how to tackle better but he does try just his technic needs some help

Just read that Parra want Nelson Solamona from Storm.

He would be the dream signing for me easy…...

Get him on the bus

Surely most teams would want NAS. Trying to get him away from the Storm might be mission impossible, however.

I thought he re-signed with the Storm last year?

Pretty sure he did.
Felise Kafusi might be off contract. He would be a great addition if available.

Robbie Rochow had shown he had it in him in his time at the Knights. Jason Clark has never shown anything.

I see the Morris twins have put themselves on the market as a package deal. Can cover the backline. Would you take the pair or either of them for 2 years, 150-200k each a year?

Would love JAC back, but can't see that happening unless the wheels fall off completely down there in bleak city.

Go after Coen Hess, would be dangerous out on the edges, but surprise surprise the Rorters are after him.

Just read on Tripple M's NRL Twittter
that Josh Papalii is asking for $800,000 a season as exit looms.

Four NRL clubs are interested but is he worth the money???

(sorry i dont know how to post the article off twitter)

(he's currently on $430,000 a year)

That’s big money for a couple of good games a year.

Papali is delusional if he thinks he is worth worth more than half of that.

Next step is the lunatic asylum.

We should be looking at the good young players at those four clubs who will be impacted if Papalli signs.

I think the Morris twins would want a lot more money then that mate, sill handy players.

Fair enough…they have been quoted as saying they will stay in Sydney for less but acknowledged they may need to move to the Super League to continue playing if they want big coin.

I reckon the package is a bit much but we should make a run at one of them
