If he is now a six - given we a throwing a bucket load at getting a new 7 - why is he guaranteed the position when he is unproven?
At 28 after years of persisting with him at 7 with plenty of valid reasons for his stalled career, if we now working to provide all the things that are seen as preventing his progression, why are we chasing a 7 to take his spot.
And we if we don't get that 7 - is he our 7 again?

I think some of the reason will be Newcastle pack will be average in 23, they will miss klemmer.
just not sure on Hastings wish he had stayed to be that ball playing lock, slow for a half, at least AD has that awkward running style

I think he is a much better player than those two guys but this is where his career is heading. Hopefully next season he turns it all around.

Molz was good in the halves, he was never a fullback for he was scared to put his body on the line.

No offence but AD takes an age to line and wind up those bombs. By then, the rushing defence are in his face.

I think the first thing he needs to do as a centre ( if that’s where he’s picked) is learn how to set up a support. And tackle your opposite one on one( where necessary) .
Both skills in which he has been previously somewhat lacking.
