Did somebody say KFC?My point is what if Moses coming here is subject to them having to re-sign Brooks?
You obviously say no right? Like you say… who cares what Moses wants…. Just take the money and shut up…

Based on yesterday AD should do the lion share of the kickingWell Brooks can’t get us there without him …
No more excuses for him … last chance saloon … hope he has found a bit of confidence and a kicking game in the offseason…
I’d be bringing Will Smith in. Obviously not as his direct replacement but I think he needs to be top 30 so that would be my addition. Staines or Tupou can duke it out for the wing spot vacated by KennyIf big ken is cooked and we do somehow manage to get him medically retired who do we think comes in or should we bring in to the top 30?
Maumalo was unreal for us when he was fully fit. Would be sad if he goes out like this.Be nice for the club to give us some insight around Kenny and his future...
Hopefully he's okay but yeah, his body doesn't appear to be up for it.
Has a real Ben Matulino feel to it.Maumalo was unreal for us when he was fully fit. Would be sad if he goes out like this.
UPDATE NRLAnother blow for the Panthers.
Taylan May to miss the season due to an ACL injury.
true. he also played better in that one game then he himself played in the last season.AD played better in that one game than Brooks has played in the last season.
Brooks.cant grubber. Always kicks it to hard.Based on yesterday AD should do the lion share of the kicking
I looked at our top 30 and there’s a few young props there but James isn’t.
Does anyone know if they’re better than him or why he played in trials and they didn’t?
He seems awesome - just curious if peops have seen the other dudes or know why he played and they didn’t
Cheers
yep those two times Brooks kicked it dead is what really held us back last year.Brooks.cant grubber. Always kicks it to hard.
My heart breaks for them.Another blow for the Panthers.

That's not really a useful stat at all because it doesn't take into account volume. If someone's putting in 10 kicks a game in attacking territory and coming away with only 1 dropout every 2 games, that's not a good return at all. Whereas someone could only put in an attacking kick or two a game, so even 1 out of every 3 games getting a drop out would be impressive.Seriously I get the hate for a player but no need to make up BS.
For a guy who can’t grubber and always kicks it to hard Brooks has a 49% line drop out rate over his career. So 1 in every 2 games he gets a drop out. So he can kick short as to how he fairs across the league is interesting:
AD 22%
Hughes 42%
Moses 65%
Hastings 27%
DCE 53%
Reynolds 72%
Cleary 87%
Keary 46%
Speaking of Eye Tests - has anyone noticed that high ball specialist Ice P wears Elton John Glasses!? 👀👓That's not really a useful stat at all because it doesn't take into account volume. The eye-test is far superior here and Brooks' short kicking game is pretty poor. He did have some nice grubbers back in the day when Tedesco was at fullback, but it also spoke of Teddy's kick chasing skills as much as did Brooks' kicks.
