LODGE’S ROOSTERS EXIT

Roosters enforcer Matt Lodge is reportedly unlikely to be handed a contract extension with his current deal expiring at the end of the 2023 season.

The 27-year-old will be forced out of the Tricolours club after he landed in Bondi midway through the 2022 season.

Lodge is currently managed by Isaac Moses which could see the boom forward sign with the Sea Eagles.

He also currently lives on the northern beaches, close to Manly’s facilities.

The news comes after the Roosters recruited Panthers prop Spencer Leniu on a deal worth more than $500,000-a-year starting from 2024.

This season the Warriors are still paying about $500,000 of their salary cap to Lodge following his abrupt exit from the New Zealand club last season.

Firstly, you have to feel for the Warriors paying that much for him to leave because he was home sick, secondly, Manly seem to pick up everyones left over forwards.

I wonder what he will contribute in the Manly prayer circle

Probably because some people on here continualy gave him a hard time if he was not 100% accurate on things he posted as a possibility to happen.I certainly miss his insights to what the club is trying to do in the background
Although his info about Moses really contradicts what was said in the news that McDonell never came back with a real Moses offer.

haha I'll take Pom's info over Weidler, Rothfield, Chammas any day.

Agree 100%
Miss @THE_POM updates even if not always right. It's a rumour tread and no one is going to be right everything.
If your reading this mate please come back with your updates and don't take notice to keyboard warriors .

Agree but I believe after the Pascoe post that we won't here from the POM again

I got the feeling that with how far off the mark he was with that post that he had been weeded out by the tigers as the POM who posts on here
