Brisbane juniors are hard to lure out of the club but maybe being from Sydney he might be a chance, only with Bennet though.
You can look to when Wayne went to St George he brought in Weyman, Costigan, Jeremy Smith, Darius Boyd in year 1 and only Gasnier at the end.
At Newcastle year 1 Darius Boyd, Kade Snowden, Alex McKinnon. Year 2 BJ Leilua, Jeremy Smith Beau Scott, Faalogo.
St George were close enough and Newcastle hard to get anyone anyway. But his track record with recruitment outside of the Broncos is not as good as what I thought.

You can always get a player looking for a big pay deal at the end of their career to follow a coach, but getting those who are on the start of their career are not so easy to lure from a club like the Broncos.

Yes Hunt left, but they allowed him to go and banked on Bird, they are Queensland's version of the roosters, buy who they want, retain who they want, the cap will sort it self out. :frowning:
