The Bulldogs are actually a +5.33 point team per 80 mins Sam kasiano plays so those who think he's a bad signing. The proof is there for you that he's not. He's actually one of the best +/- forwards per 80 mins played in the NRL. Awesome value bench forward

SG where do you get this data I'm impressed.
Who are the best that are off contract in the +/- that are realistic signings.

Pulu, lillyman, obrien,ofahengaue,cheerington.

How do I get the Data? It's my job.

Cool job lad.

3 years for both McQueen and Guerra would be a mistake. Both are coming into the back end of their careers, both are solid but unspectacular players. Neither can break the line. Too similar and too likely to start going downhill, especially by the third season.

Guerra at 2 years maybe.

We want players in the prime, not past it. You do need some old heads, but you at least want them to compliment one another not duplicate one another.

Tigers have officially sent an offer to guerra. 3 year deal worth approx 1.3 mil. (430k a season)

SG - Appreciate the information. I'm curious to know would we have met with him beforehand and found out his wants and needs before we submit the offer or do we send an offer off first and work it out from there?

Solid player form has dropped in the past 12 months. Reasonable price for an edge back rower. Not sure our back row would have enough power with ET, McQueen, Guerra, Lawrence.

Add paasi pulu and CHN and that changes things. Nab 2 of those 3 and it's looking formidable

Hey SG do you know if Elijah Taylor will take up his option for next year?

CHN would be a sharp and astute signing

I sugested him before he made first grade, he would be great

Any update on Packer, Milne sg? If not what do you reckon our chances are.

I'd expect both to be decided during this "off week" no idea if they will sign or not at this stage but both have nice offers. Wouldn't be surprised to see lolo signed by the end of this week. Tigers are pushing hard for him

Yeah nice. Lolohea would be a great pickup

What's the go with Lawrence then if we are going after Guerra and have signed McQueen? Bench?

Yes like a josh j. Around the 25 years of age.

Im happy with 2 years. Hes only 29\. Better than we have. Prefer a wade ghraham type that can playmake and bust a line though.

yeh maybe. not sure.. Im actually happy with lawrenve the last 3 weeks. Taylor used to take him off after 25 minutes. God it annoyed me. Backrowers should play 80 min.

Looks like Ivan wants an experienced backrow if we do end up with guerra. His form has been down, especially last season. Definitely better than what we have, it is what it is.

Form comes and goes. A change of scenery will make a difference as we all do when we move jobs. Hes played 9 origins so hes no mug. Plus he gets extra points for being a qlder 😂

We need the extra points ?. Maybe a change will be good for him. On board Ivan's ?

It's pretty boring tbh. But yes that is fairly similar to how most my days are spent

what's the forum's +/- when Milky is on it.
do hits really go up 150% when he's on?

I don't know what site he's on. Most clubs have 2/3 people working there who do what I do. Some better than others obviously lol.

With this site with milky when he's on it the hits go up 223% but quality drops 127% so he's rated a 0.01% forum performer.

(I jest milky I jest) lol

Having a backrow of Guerra, McQueen, Taylor and Lawrence on the bench or wherever, would be pretty dull. All workers with little impact. You need at least one member of your back row to pose a threat when they touch the ball. Maybe not in the Taumololo realm, but someone similar who can run over the top/around his opponent when given half a chance.

Normally id agree. However if we get tilne, he and suli are 100kgs, they break the line, can move and make an impact. so having two workhorses who can get the ball to these two would make it reasonable.

But if their inside men don't offer any threat with the ball in hand the defence can focus and man up on our 'strike' players. You need to spread the threat to leave the defensive line second guessing themselves.
