We aren't going to get anything better for next year so if it did happen it's not the worst thing.

We've not secured McIntyre as far as we know. How can we afford another forward? We lack any kind of pace in the backs except our half and Kepaoa. Let's start recruiting players with genuine pace.

If the Tolman thing is true it makes some sense based on Benjis comments around the generation gap at WT. I’m not huge on the signing but it sounds like Madge has too many millennials and not enough blokes like Tolman, who give you max effort no questions asked.

If you believe Benji then it’s a simple fix for mine. Madge needs to do these things,
1 get some man management training
2 outsource the pain so he isn’t the one inflicting all the hard sessions on players - a hard as nails trainer with a no mercy approach, Madge can play the nice guy using his man management
3 don’t drop guys based on chancing their arm in attack, unless it’s clearly boneheaded stuff
4 and the most important one, continue to drop players for horrible defense, we all know this is the main issue that Benji conveniently didn’t mention.
