Has anyone started an Eisenhuth thread?

I noticed this two way street with Penrith. Wondering if Eisenhuth was in exchange for James Tamou (if so fine) or just wanted too much money.

No exchange - Madge just didn't want him.

We really need like just ONE genuine superstar. Like someone you give the 5 years too. I hope we're trying to sign Grant for 2022 honestly. We need a name, a face. Grant from 2022, 5 year deal, captaincy. Build from there.

If we can get him out of his 2022 contract with the Storm I'm all for it..

Like for like haha

If they identified Remus smith as a like for like they have completely lost it. Think someone was telling pork pies with that

There is no like for like when replacing JAC, he is streets ahead of most wingers in the comp, except for maybe the Morris twins, but they’re getting old.

It’s such a shame that Vunivalu is leaving at the same time. I reckon there would be no hard balling from Melbourne at all about releasing JAC if he were staying.

I had a drink with a work colleague who has something small to do with the Roosters, he was of the opinion Boyd Cordner may be medically retired before pre season starts, apparently has been discussed with club.
If this happens it probably allows them to keep Crichton, get Suali etc

I think this has to happen and is the reason we for having medical retirements.

Well Wests Tigers attempted to get cap relief for Liam Fulton when he retired due to concussion and were knocked back..so lets see what's changed..

If Packer is having difficulties, there has to be a consistent approach to this injury.

That was a long time ago now and is honestly something that should change. I have no problem with the Roosters getting relief for Cordner, he is the definition of what medical retirement should be used for.

The way head injuries are handled in the game today are a lot different to 2014.

That’s probably a good medical retirement. He has had way too many concussions. NRL investigations his last one apparently.

That's interesting, and probably not unexpected; however, why did Cordner put his hand up to play Origin if he was looking to be medically retired. Have the Roosters told him of their plans ?
