I met her at a Tourism Australia function when she was promoting her Whale Watching tours. At the time, she was the Fed Labor Tourism Minister, Michael Lee's, squeeze.

She’s nice too

Yep, she was really quite friendly and no airs and graces - very humble. The function was an International Trade Show called ATE Australian Tourism Exchange. She was a new tour operator and had a tiny booth on her own over the 5 days meeting with Intl tourism wholesalers. This was pre Internet days and networking was all about actually talking to people face to face. She did quite well.

If he was around these days with the fascination over speed, most people here would say he’s not fast enough.

Tabuai-Fidow, JAC, Papenhuyzen bring a new dimension to an attack. This is a commodity WTs' fans have been starved of for years. The young inidigenous winger training. with the WTs immediately raises interest for this reason.

Seems to have the X factor we have been desperate for.Has the speed,the athletic build and personality to follow in JAC’s foot steps.

Up to him now to knuckle down and grow his game and work on becoming a complete player if he gains a contract with us.

At this point in time, Smith is a large improvement on our hookers however they will have a whole season to prove their worth and ideally do well enough that we won't have to worry about it.

A friend of a friend's friend can confirm it was Mimi on the boat. She was a whale watcher by trade.

I actually met her on the whale watching cruise at Hervy Bay.Very cute and very nice.Also saw the movie previous to the trip,and it must have been difficult for her.

Gonna be a lot of disappointed fans if Liddle and or Simpkin don't fire in 2021

I think Simpkin will be a star in the making ...and Liddle gets through a full season everything will be ok

But if Liddle struggles with injury ..Simpkin isn't ready yet ...especially trying to get big minutes

Yeah i know that there was a hotel one, but there was another one secretly filmed when she was working in Harvey bay running a whale watching business.

This one was never for public release and was prior to social media, mate worked for channel 9 and was in charge of video editing and got a hold of it, did a special screening for the boys.

NRL.com have profiled all the clubs new signings so far for 2021. When comparing clubs I'd say WT have made the best improvement, along with Warriors and Gold Coast.

Sharks, cowboys and broncos are probably the worst so far. Parra have added a few but all plodders

When you look at overall who has been signed by Clubs in reality most top liner players stayed at existing clubs.
Most important point is we did not play overs which is good with the salary cap reduced by 6%.

Hartigan is smart, he won't just not look as signing a quality hooker just because we've got two already because both we've got are unproven. It would be silly not to talk McInnes and Smith just in case we do need a hooker

We've signed a fullback for 2022 and it sounds like he'll be given a good crack at it so no need go looking to sign another just yet. As for centre we've got club options on two centres plus multiple centres in reserves, plus some interest in Staggs apparently

My point is that hartigan is smart, he'll talk to any player in any position as long as they're good and he wants them even if we have guys in that position for now.

Ridley McInnes and Murray are all about 90kgs so it will be interesting to see the longevity if they continue to play lock.

Think Simpkin will be the real deal by the end if the year probably leaves Liddle looking for another club due to being off contract, still a good hooker though
