Surely that's just for depth.

They should be chasing a fullback because even though they got the genius 7 incoming, they need a better 1 than Isaako.

Yeah Brenko is solid without being spectacular, Isaako can do some really good things but he can have stinkers a quality #1 would make them a real force

If we can't beat Newcastle then who can we beat
This is a must win game for our team and for Madge
If we lose against a ponga-less Newcastle then I think you can safely say it will be the beginning of the end for Madge and a few players

No marquee signings no results and no end in sight
Something has to give sooner or later
I like Madge be we just aren't getting the results

As someone who runs a successful business and an ex sales person in the building industry, I found that I had to treat each customer the way they wanted to be treated to get the most out of them
That means adapt to my clients to the point where that becomes second nature
I keep them happy and they in return feed me more work then I can handle which is the end result I am after
I think the principles are the same
If you want to get the most out of your players, you have to be willing to listen
Work with them, not against them
I don't know what goes on behind closed doors but I would hope we have honesty sessions after every game
Each player should own up to where they let the team down without being told
Until our players can acknowledge that then we will never improve
They need to own it
Then Madge should be able to help the players improve in that era that let's them down
And that my friends is just not happening
It's the same every week
