Screw that rubbish.

The guy was club captain and tried to take all our good players to another club.

The absolute last player id let back in the club.

He’s a grub who thought he was bigger than the club. Think of the Hooper interview where he threw the club under the bus. Around that time he was also a regular on NRL 360. He never once defended the club or spoke on behalf of the club. He was looking out for himself. To do all that as captain, made him one of the most selfish players I can ever remember.

Sharks have told Woods he is not wanted for 2022 and will release him early if he can find another club...what a fall from grace for Sharon...he rubbished the WT on his way out, was let loose by the Dogs and failed to set the world on fire at the Sharks...was on about $800k at the Dogs, will be lucky to get a $400k contract, that's only if any club is interested in him...Oh yeah, please don't come home to finish your career either.

I'd bring Sharon home. He's a bazillion times better than Tamou (imo).

It would not surprise me if he puts the feelers out to us. I feel like he knows he messed up. Whether we want him though? ?‍♂️ Could depend on what Mikaele does.

At the right price he's a good forward imo. I know he acted like a fool when he left but we could use him for sure.

Agree. Who hasn't acted like a dhead in their early twenties. Need to remember how young most of these guys really are

Woods is a decent NRL prop,no more..no less.Hes no longer SOO level, and in fact has only recently made the Sharks run on side
The way he left us was totally INDECENT,dragging the big 4 to the Dogs and being dishonest in his dealings with as well
...brought the club to its knees(along with his manager)from which were still recovering
Personally,I wouldnt have him back if he was FREE
Besides, his best is behind him and weve got lots of young blokes who will leapfrog himover the next 12 months

Woods still bends the line, forwards or backwards, and doesn’t miss many tackles. I still like him, even though his former manager is an imbecile. He was one of our greats and I’d take him back any time. Go Woodsy!

Yeah go Woodsy
Straight past Weststigers and back out to Campbelltown
He has been crap this year
In a fast game he is to slow
And he only bends the line with his arse
No thanks

Sorry ment Belmore

Sure he does(even if its in reverse into the opposition!)...but at heart hes shown that he is a a self serving dishonest disloyal cretin, and dont want him anywhere near a postion of influence on our young blokes
Yep...I dont like him(and was once a fan)
..and btw..if he was that good,Dogs and/or Sharks wld have kept him

I think the difference with Moses was him throwing games while he was having his tantrum.

I was reading that Souffs had signed up a lot of there junior talent and found this comment in the story it a wonder that Latrell & Co haven't taken offence to it

They are graduating through our ‘Black Rabbits’ elite development program and we’re really excited to see them progress as they get the opportunity to train with the full squad on a regular basis.

Not a good choice of words

Why? The rabbit logo on their jersey is black…

Does every little sentence need to be “race checked” in case someone is imaginative enough to twist that sentence into something it’s not?

In this day and age yes you need to be careful what and how you say things, if a player from an opposition team referred to a Souffs indigenous player as a black rabbit and it came through the microphone what repercussion do you think there would be

They are referring to the logo...not the player. We all need to stop this rubbish and fast, but to your point....maybe we should change it to the "White Rabbits" program? Would that be better?

While we're at it, let's get the Black Panthers to change their name to something else too. How far do you want to go with all this woke crap? #nopoliticsinsport

I’m failing to see how that’s relevant? If he was loyal to the club, wouldn’t have mattered who the coach was.

I see Hines has secured a $1.8m, 3 year deal with the Sharks?

He looks a good prospect, but I don’t think we would of entertained that sort of cash? What’s his best position?

Played U20's for Manly as a 5/8, played his juniors as a 5/8. Only recently in last couple of seasons has played a little FB since he joined Sunshine Coast Falcons in 2019.

Then he doesn’t cover the positions we really want/need, he would have known that as well? Besides the fact we probably in a low ball offer?

Can always use good players, but not at any price, especially if they are not specialised in the those positions that we are after, imo.

Confident, we will get them eventually.

As far as I'm aware Tigers didn't go anywhere near him as FB is locked in by Laurie and Doueihi considered the long term 6. I guess the only real possibility would have been Hynes at 6 however with AD, Madden and Hastings as options and Mbye not yet released it would have made little sense to throw in a 5th option.

How much more fiddling around do we need to do with the spine. We’ve brought in AD and Laurie in in the last 2 years, and have Hastings on the way, plus Madden floating around. It’s about time we focus on other areas. So much talk about Hynes on the forum the last two months and we never even spoke to him.

Signing **Suggestions** & Rumours...why do we need to have talked to him? Best way to improve a side is generally through improving its spine, I hope the club isn't just sitting back thinking ours is good enough to contend for a premiership, cause it ain't!
