More importantly ...how much time you get given by the ref to "finish' off a tackle

That was the most noticeable for me ...teams like Souths ,Parra ,Roosters are accepted by many to be stronger sides so they seem to get that extra split half sec to finish off a attacker ..watch how many times our ball runner doesn't end facing the try line directly ....

first 9 rounds we had 44 set restarts awarded (top of the table) and gave away 33 over the same 9 rounds
39 penalties awarded and 37 conceded over 9 rounds
interestingly, we have a pretty good correlation between not conceding set resets and losing

the 47th minute. i didn't look at the time and made a mental note of it

the game was decided before half time anyways, between the team that went out on the field, the ref, and the eels team that showed up.
i couldn't see the team turning it around at half time, and when blore made a stupid call and got 10 it was game over

Not Joey. He was giggling like a teenage girl. There was another moment he found another grubby thing hilarious too, but what it was is escaping me. I don’t even know how Parra fans could find that to have been entertaining. Worst post try celebration i’ve ever seen, and it’s not the first time he’s done it.

There was no way our boys had the guts to come back in the 2nd half after all the work they made themselves do in the first half. to me it seemed a lot like the round one game vs raiders, so i too turned off the game at half time.

Exactly what I thought. Clearly got lucky with the Moses drop ball and we took our chance. Could forgive anyone who turned off after the Moses try but at Halftime, we were well in the game considering the circumstances

everything went to hell when Liddle dropped the ball 10m out from their line in the second half. that next set Lussick makes a break, Blore gets binned and they put on 3 tries in 10 minutes, Laurie and Doueihi are taken off and we're well and truly out of the contest. we should've been better in that 10 minute period but if Lids holds onto the ball there and we score its 14-12 with 30 to go.
