It’s an exaggeration mate. Didn’t think I needed to make that clear. No one can say that for sure. The bigger story here is someone who joined the forum an hour ago, telling others what opinions are acceptable and telling them to go support another club.

I agree with you in relation to the bigger story. It also is a pessimistic time as a Tigers supporter.

Personally though I'm looking forward to Hastings coming into the team and giving us a play maker who we can rely on. I could be wrong and I'll turn on him if he is terrible but I think he is going to be a big step up from Brooks.

I wonder if we're going to sign anyone ever again.

Until the club shows improvement on the field or we bear the fruits of this supposed junior development, we will never sign a marquee player. Imagine how poor our reputation is behind the scenes that the public don’t see.

2022 will be one of the roughest years as I’m sure will stink it up on the field and be publicly linked and rejected to every off contract player of substance.

We couldn't even sign Scott.

To me it is just another example of irresponsible reporting by news-limited-intelligence , their rhetoric regarding Bj before during and after his signing was awful to say the least, now they treat him like a holocaust survivor. The Agenda is clear, people love to "click" on negative WT articles on line, they rate exceedingly well, the NRL public love a WT "debacle story".

Woe is us. Win and it all goes away.

I disagree. The dogs won two games all season, and got the spoon. I don't see them get anywhere near the negative press that we do.

Do you get extra competition points for attracting exciting new sponsors .....being on a sound financial footing .....having an amazing COE .....but having a team that would struggle to win the KOE ???

If we were signing the players we are in 2021-2022 for 2011/2012 people would be up in arms ......

No one on here is accepting mediocrity.
However any business strategist you may want to talk to should tell you that the road to improvement is a chicken and egg thing. You build improvement and success only if you have solid financial foundations first …. That’s a bloody chicken. The egg comes next.

Because they had a coach in his first year, a young squad that wasn't meant to compete and have signed marquee players for next year.

Meanwhile we had a coach deliver us our third straight losing season, progressively getting worse each year. Our 3 most senior players were diabolical and didn't play like first graders (Mbye, Brooks, Tamou) and we've signed 2 players for next year.

The Dogs have shown a commitment to getting better, we've shown a commitment to doing nothing and getting worse in the process.

Cam Munster ...Taumalolo .....Haas.....Brandon Smith ...Ponga just want to be paid to play footy in a successful footy team .....they DON'T CARE what happens behing the scenes in all honesty

When people start looking at the logics of the situation , stop making stupid excuses because they can't deal with FACTS and focus on the simple stuff ...winning games ..making finals
