Triple M Brent Read just reported that Tigers have started negotiating with Stefano to keep him at the club until after his contract runs out in 2023 they want to keep him long term although no mention how big the upgrade was

I’d say the club realised something wasn’t right otherwise they would have kept him on.

As is well documented, I don’t give the club much credit for anything. But I thought Hartigan was doing pretty well, especially at identifying junior talent. I guess with Sheens all encompassing role he wasn’t really required anymore.

I will also say, I don't believe the club thought that Hartigan stuffed anything up, I just think there was a decision made with staffing that made it impossible to stay.
