not apart from Joseph Manu, Herbie Farnworth would be an astute purchase and by the sounds of things we've identified him as such. Tolutau Koula and Jack Howarth are two of the younger brigade that are both going to be exceptional first graders in a few years that I'd be looking at also. apart from that it's pretty scarce. I still live in hope Ogden is upgraded to a development deal or top 30 spot, I really do think he's that good.

Manu would be amazing. What are we waiting for?

Would also love Lomax in our centres. He's only contracted to the Dragons for the next 5 years... Surely, he's still a chance? 😉

Exactly, Nothing is going to open up now until February....
Like it has done since day dot.

Some kid will come on in Pre-Season and that will change a thought process here and there and there'll be a few shifts late...

The club is an absolute joke every player we are linked to does not sign we needed Hodgson for creativity & leadership they should have paid whatever difference in money there was we will not be going up the ladder with Liddle at hooker.

I’m certainly not going to lose sleep over not forking out 500k on a guy who is always one game away from going down with another knee injury. It’s 500k that can be put to better use.

My issue is Liddle is even more brittle than Hodgson.

However, WT have stated what they were willing to pay for the season and stuck to their guns, good on them. I know that the coaching staff wanted Hodgson here for the entire preseason but if Canberra won't come to the party there's every chance that WT could revisit getting Hodgson come late February when Canberra have already paid him 1/3 of his yearly salary and WT basically pay the $500k for 2022 they were willing to anyway

Also Liddle isn’t that brittle. couple of injuries but he came back pretty strong considering it was almost back to back

They are ringing him for the NZ side.

You never know something might happen but most players seem settled at the moment and are probably playing their cards close due to the dolphins in 2023

A lot of people are saying we need a Centre and back rower and I do agree with it but there’s not a lot on the market for 2022 and as Sheens said we’re building for 2023 so I was checking to see who’s off contract for 22 like I said not a lot and Madge wanted another Prop for next season not a lot on the market either but I did find people who are off contract and for Centre there’s really only 2 options JTJ or Nene McDonald for backrower same with 2 Darius Farmer and Kai O’Donnell but Prop there’s a few options Ofahiki Ogden, Darren Schonig, Tom Ale and Jackson Frei

I think he’s back in PNG.

COVID didn’t help him with travelling here initially and it seems like it just didn’t work out for him.

Jimmy Ngutlik, a 21-year-old PNG outside back is part of our Reserve Grade side in 2022 though.

Hopefully he fares better.

I read reports he’s getting signed to a development contract with Newcastle but nothing official yet.

He can’t be a development contract he’s okay like 20 first grade games.
