Just read that 4 other clubs are interested in signing Madden. Penrith, Newcastle, titans and cronulla. We need to get this sorted urgently, being reported he will make a decision in the next week or so on his playing future.

Panthers/Sharks he would be backup, doubt they would offer decent coin as well. He won’t push Cleary or Hynes out.

Knights/Titans could be 1st choice but would have to earn it plus both clubs are unstable atm. Both also don’t have a heap of coin currently either & would require a move.

What is happening to Parramatta ? They are going from bad to worse in recruitment. They still have NB on the books , Opacac is gone , Hayze , IPaps mate , could still join us. Matterson backflipped and took the remaining money after being unwanted. He signed a contract that sets him up , you can’t blame him. Bennett was very unlucky not to get him. And now the eels have nothing to offer. The old saying if you have peanuts , you get monkeys .
Time to change the image , Parramatta Monkeys.
Sorry forgot to mention Mahoney to the dogs , yet to be NRL approved.
And to the fans of Parramatta, stop booing Arthur’s son, he’s not the problem you idiots.

Only if the Dogs doctors can medical fully clears him, will probably sign one of those $1 contacts. Of course they want him back, club legend, his heart was never with us or elsewhere. Good bloke wish him well. Definitely to develop juniors, his main pay packet.

Daine Laurie did his knee in the early rounds. It wasn't the broken leg that stopped him.

He started the season pretty poorly. If I recall correctly there were plenty of comments about him looking unfit and the game he did his knee was only just starting to look ok.

Either way I still don’t expect that Hastings will be as fit at the start of next year as he would be had he not been injured. I guess we will have to wait and see if that has any effect or not.

Not that simple u can't just piss 600k down the drain.

He's on a big salary next year so there has to be some strategy around that.

It's not that simple to say here u go knights. Stuff them. It might be better to keep Brooks for the year doesn't mean he has to be first choice.

Knights did that with Pearce and look how that worked out.
