It actually creates more narratives and controversy under the current format. You get the teams people hate, the underdog stories, the rumour and innuendo. Perhaps I'm biased, but as a long time resident of Woolooware (next to Cronulla), the beach lifetstyle of the Illawarra is far superior.

I posted a few days ago I heard a whisper from two independent people that he is not interested in extending due the Madge thing and will leave the club at the end of his current contract or before if something can be sorted.

Not sure if it has leg , but he was very close to Madge, so the goss might be on the money

That would suck if we lost Papali'i and Hastings over sacking Madge.

It's almost like it's not a good idea to sack coaches every 3 years. Would have liked to see how Maguire went with actual salary cap room to sign Api and Papi for next year but we'll never know now.

Good players , but won’t happen. I view Burton as centre and nothing more, JAC will do the job but we need other positions fixed first.
