I'd say at a guess that Sheen's work this year is behind the scenes, not in the public forum, and all about next season and beyond.How ?
This happens in lots of organizational practices. It's a far cry from falling on their swords or doing anything remotely constructive.
My point being that they can't do much right now and I can't see them doing much.
The only choice they have which is exactly the same choice we have is to accept the current situation.
We all have to pray that Sheens somehow gets more out of the available talent next year compared to this year. I have zero confidence in Sheens and his performance this year has been atrocious. My only hope is that Sheens has in the past done some pretty good things for footy teams and I hope he can do that again.
