Madge got them a premiership. I don’t think Madge’s effort or application diminished. Maybe the players (again) need to hold responsibility for post premiership results.

I think you’re right here.

I’ve heard Nu Brown is a done deal with them and has been for ages. Look at the amount of players they’ve shed in the last few weeks, Jackson, Doorey, now Schoupp.

Frees up cap space for sure, but they also just badly needed roster spots.

and NRL admin on speed dial while
working at channel 9 and running a club.

Doorey was off contract - that’s not shed so much… Shoupp won’t be the only outside back to go, they’ve had a couple come on a little early / unexpectedly… they’ll loose some more, guarenteed

Its been a week now since 1st Nov and its been pretty quite for signings not just with our club but all clubs. Not sure if its the WC or more to do with the NRL still working out Salary Cap / Money to clubs etc..

They also gotta put the young fella that played for Lebanon - fullback / 5/8 I believe… he’s gotta get a spot or he’s gone. So that won’t help em.

Strong in both lower grades the dogs - will be plenty of movement there, I’d bet they’re in the box seat to get Klemmer back - as soon as they move some money…

Still got Corey Allan hanging out at training for 500k a year…

I assume Allan will end up at the Roosters but yeah they got a few good ones around.
