Going from history, he's the last lad I'd be banking on....Brooks is the one that has to. If he sits back we’re screwed.

I don’t dislike Brooks as much as a lot of you do, but I just think he’s an average-tier NRL-level halfback.Brooks is the one that has to. If he sits back we’re screwed.
Or perhaps Mitch can play full back for us again. I remember he was great under the high ballIf Moses is actually coming- I get the feeling Doueihi will be asked to resume his fullback duties. Both Staines & Laurie are on 1 year deals. That FB spot is up for grabs next season, and Doueihi can play that role easily.

I have his ceiling as about the 10th-11th ranked halfback in the comp, whereas I can see Doueihi being a Top 4 ranked player (in whatever position he plays) if he keeps his head screwed on in games.

Will be a very interesting season to see how they go under new coaching staff.
This has to be his year, there are no more excuses for him, he has the pack now, I agree he needs to perform or should go. But I have a funny feeling he will sign a new deal early on in the new year, without having to perform for it, if Benji wants him then I can see them offering him a new deal soon. I would prefer he earnt it though, or go.What convinced Brooks to stay(and Sheens to support him)in 2023 was a heavily back ended contract worth around a $1mill this year...he will never earn anything like that again in his life
Reckn I cld be miserabe for that!!
Really up to him now to stand and deliver...but no more loyalty BS from either party.Lets retain/release at year end based soley on his performance and contribution and nothing else
Explain the bias?
This should be good 😂
Cheers man, appreciate it 🙏Good luck with your surgery bro
You didn't explain where the biased part is.Doueihi being a Top 4 ranked player (in whatever position he plays
Enough said.
Will do Mr. Brooks.Take the posters down lover boy.
I think that’s a fair call re his ceiling. But he’s got a way to get there, to that “average-tier”. Hope he does.
Honestly I think everyone is prepared for Moses to re-sign with eels. We’ve been rejected so many times it’s nothing new for usSo tomorrow is supposedly the big day then. I hope the moderators are ready for the storm that could follow.

If he signs I'm buying a 50 bag to celebrate.Honestly I think everyone is prepared for Moses to re-sign with eels. We’ve been rejected so many times it’s nothing new for us
Not if you want to play finals. He isn't a fullback. At the moment a centre or if builds up a ball playing lock.If Moses is actually coming- I get the feeling Doueihi will be asked to resume his fullback duties.
