Thought he said he’d like to, but not sure he said he was.Pretty sure Staines said the excact same and a few weeks later he was a Tiger.
Did Hastings say the same thing about staying here?

Forwards arent our highest priority, but Olaka from Manly is a potential Kikau or better, and much prefer him to a frizzled Frizell going on 33..we have plenty of experience in the pack already.Technically can’t offer until Nov but wouldn’t surprise if we aren’t aiming for 25 form some big shifts
19 of our current squad will either be gone or off contract potentially by then. Leaves alot of spots and cash to invest in.
Where did anyone say we released Joffa expressly to sign Frizell? So why the hell did we shaft joffa , talk about putting the cart before the horse, crazy shit
Bang all you like about can't catch can't teach, doesn't make a lot of sense when arguing why we lost those early games, we were in a position to win them all, bar the Bronco's game, I would say it happened again last week against the Raiders, a good half would have got us home, or at the very least GP. Cronk, Alexander, Gallen, Parker and I could go on, all said we had no idea how to close the games out, Cronk especially was saying our halves should have got us homeOr even better performances from our Centres, Back Rowers, Fullbacks and Wingers...
Which we're now getting.
Of course - You're right though,
Next time we should get a halfback that can teach blokes with an NRL Contract to catch.

What position do the Fainu brothers play, and how close are they to NRL...good for 7 in 2024?
The one who plays half is not even old enough to play NRL yet. He's started playing cup and is currently 17One is forward, haven't seen much of him. He played In the centres against us due to injury. He's more built like a second rower but not sure what his preferred position is.
The other one is a half 6 or 7 and looks very likely.
Limited to no NRL games so would need some development.
Turned 18 last weekThe one who plays half is not even old enough to play NRL yet. He's started playing cup and is currently 17

hey don't let facts get in the way of the narrativeTurned 18 last week
Brooks did he kicked the field goal and wasn't the one who dropped the ball from the kick off or give away the penaltyBang all you like about can't catch can't teach, doesn't make a lot of sense when arguing why we lost those early games, we were in a position to win them all, bar the Bronco's game, I would say it happened again last week against the Raiders, a good half would have got us home, or at the very least GP. Yeah they exist you'll find them next to the rockin horse shitHalf did get us home, He didn't drop the ball from the short kick or give away the penalty....
He didn't get caught with the ball from dummy half moving wide at the death either.
I can't wait until we sign up these halves with a faultless 80 minutes you blokes all seem to think exist.
100% AgreeDon't get what the forums obsession with Taafe is... from the games I've seen him play he's average at best. He was in the Souths system long before Lachy Ilias yet Ilias leapfrogged him to the starting 7 role... tells you all you need to know.
To be fair a week ago my statement was correct. And I wasn't wrong in saying he was playing NSW Cup at 17hey don't let facts get in the way of the narrative
Does it really Matter if it was frizell ur anyone else , because joffa is gone and WHO have we got no-one , so do u want matching wooden spoonsWhere did anyone say we released Joffa expressly to sign Frizell?
Sorry to disagree but his defence has been very good , he is a better backrower than a centre, but he can fit in there that’s why he’s in the 17 teenHe can barely catch.....
Yet every second fan rates him??
He's not in the top 3 current centres or the top 4 back rowers at the club
- Why he still gets a run is beyond me?
Thought it was ‘Shifty’It is a nickname that he has had for 30+ years and goes back to his days at the raiders.
I my be wrong here but I don’t think u need cap money to pay kids in sg ball or fleg , and there’s bugger all in nsw cup worth paying . And we haven’t even come close to spending this years capTo create cap space to upgrade some of our up and coming stars so that they don’t get poached by low life clubs like the Rorters.
