2 years @$850k a season compared to 4 years @ $1.4 mil a season. Guy would be an idiot to stay there.Luai offered 2 year contract at Panthers . If I were him. Well. If you were him.... what would you do?
He's starting to rack up the clubs. He doesn't come across as a team harmony booster.
We only do slow

Hes the type of player we should be signing, who ever is in charge needs to explain what the hell is are end game , our squad is no better than last year and will more than likely give us another spoonI really like this guy. One of the better Dogs signings. He is good
And Charlie ?One week until November 1 and no news yet on extensions for Junior Tupou, Stefano Utoikamanu & Shaun Blore. Hoping we lock all 3 away until 2026.
Yes he's not technically an extension but would be a re-signing since off-contract.And Charlie ?
You saw Bula in the trials last year, wait til you see Latu this year.If you think our halves problems are solved, you are in for a shock.
Strong rumour a few weeks ago but went a bit cold. Cowboys were keen to lose Luci and Helium Luki to make way for a few young ones.Is he rumoured with us?
He'd be a great pickup,weapon.
Upgraded from 800 to 850k...No the offer has been upgraded according to Ch9.
But they're both signed on big money long term deals. Won't be easy to moveStrong rumour a few weeks ago but went a bit cold. Cowboys were keen to lose Luci and Helium Luki to make way for a few young ones.
Luai signing with a management team doesn't necessarily mean he wants to leave. He's just trying to make the most of his "brand". Contract negotiation comes into the deal once every 3 or 4 years. It's the ongoing value that a good agent can add that sets a player up. Luai would be looking to cash in on his popularity with his fanbase, his Samoan heritage, his singing.... life after footy. He's a personable sort of bloke and if he finishes his career with 4 or 5 premierships, a few SOO and international appearances, he'd have a few things lined up once he's done. A legacy is a valuable thing, I don't think he'll leave Penrith. My reputation will be in tatters if that’s the case 🤡
I stick by what I’ve heard
Who knows? Luai probably does I guess
Feels like the Penrith notional increase leak is pushing this to a quick conclusion so hopefully we know soon
They've stuffed their cap.But they're both signed on big money long term deals. Won't be easy to move
I like Josh Curran, makes a lot of sense to me, I see him as a Josh Jackson type of replacement playing either lock or second row at the Dogs.Josh Curran signs with the Bulldogs
Thank god your not in charge signing Curran does nothing but block the pathway of players like Blore, Miller, Laulilii, Fa’agutu, MatamuaHes the type of player we should be signing, who ever is in charge needs to explain what the hell is are end game , our squad is no better than last year and will more than likely give us another spoon
So instead of taking the 850k he is gonna sign a manger still only get 850 and lose whatever the managers cut is ???Luai signing with a management team doesn't necessarily mean he wants to leave. Curran is a highly rated well deserved player that performs to a standard, then to join a club that performs way below his normal standard. We'll see how long he lasts before he wants out.Josh Curran signs with the Bulldogs
