Yep, he needs guidance and management to continue developing. The things he does well are great.

Agree, and the things he does not do are glaringly obvious when you look around at the other young fullbacks who are well ahead of him in those areas.

My greatest fear is who at the Wests Tigers, if anyone, is going to guide him in his development, can't just leave him to try and work it out on his own which often appears to be the way it goes here.

What’s with all the stefano hats on here? He is still young and is gonna get better the longer he plays was one of our best in 2021 had injurys in 22 and although he started slow by the end of 23 I thought he was one of our best

I think there are a few factors in play.

He is 26...Penrith deal would take him to 28.

At 28 a half should be able to then sign a long term deal through to 32.

So, he'd have two more deals.

If he takes Saints rumored offer, he'd be through to 30.

Likely another deal after that, but 30 is not the best age to negotiate at.

That’s pretty insightful dude . I never thought about it like that , in reference to 4 year + deals .
If anything his manager would advise him he’s better off with the 2 year deal , and renegotiate at 28 . Especially if he can get bumped somehow closer to the magic 1mil mark .
I think most of the nrl would be wary of the Josh Reynolds type deal . Where it’s this huge albatross around your neck .

Playing in such a high impact sport you would take a big four year deal over a big short term deal everyday of the week. A career ending injury is always a chance

I've got a lot of question marks about the coaching, our results over the last 2 seasons especially would have to have you asking questions. I am sure that some players fail to make it despite good coaching.
