Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Not sure if losing Toupu and gaining Olam is the right move. I'm not a fan.
I tend to agree but i guess at the end of the day it depends on what tupou was asking for and much Melbourne would kick in for Olams contract.

Tupou has huge upside but is still very unproven at this level - doesn't deserve upper average centre/winger yet. Olam however seems busted.

You don't notice your "Where's the Pom" posts every other day?

ps: pretty sure he bailed after his real identity was dropped publicly here...
Soon after anyway...
What is this? I missed this info?
So who was it?
This is more interesting than the back and forth of is JL coming or not in 10 days.
Was it the mole trolling us or Dennis Burgess or Nofa?

Fair call, I just think Olam is on the way down and Toupu on the way up.
I think the club wants to make an instant splash rather than just a long-term plan.

This was the plan with the previous administration which will be honed further with Richo.

It's time.

disappointing we lose Tupou but Kristian Woolf must've worked overtime on him when they were in England recently for the Tonga tour. we can't bend our cap out of shape for a player who, although he has promise, is a long way off being the finished product. great player with the world at his feet, but we'll be ok. best of luck, Toops.
Also they have Herbie and Averillo as centres, and Isaako and Nui as wingers, with the Hammer at fullback or centre, not sure what he thinks he is doing there

The previous administration were all talk. I think Richo will have more bite than their bark.
Richo is exactly the guy I wanted as CEO.

The HBG may have had him working in the shadows for a while don't know.

But the Luai engagement began when when prior board catapulted benji into the role and Api resigned.

It's not new
