A too 14 finish is probably a pass mark, but top 8 is achievable.

Laundys original pubs were smack bang in the middle of the Canterbury Bankstown area.I'll be frank that I cannot consider someone a true Balmain / Wests Tigers man if he pays money to be the main sponsor of another club.
At least Lee H put most of his money into Tigers before any other club sponsorship.
The Dragons will need those players in the halves.Really. Dragons have multiple options at Centre.
Talk is they will start with Suli and Bird with Lomax at Fullback. But at any stage they needs a change Lomax returns and Bird goes into the forwards.
I’m struggling to see how Corey Allan was getting any first grade time?
He should go good outside DCE and Turbo there. He isn’t a leader and struggles to execute in the redzone. Good luck to him but i am glad we have a fresh startAt the risk of being told to go to the silver tails forum, I think he’ll prove a few of you wrong this year.
Allan ruptured his ACLThe Dragons will need those players in the halves.
I suspect Bird could go to 5/8 as the Dragons are that desperate. They could then bring Allen to the centers as Lomax wants fullback and will have a sook if he doesn't get it.
Man Moses Suli, what is it with a good player being paired with such a bad attitude.
Yea, ah.... Honestly the weird thing about PNG is that you are liked if you are a foreigner. The Highlanders are not really liked by anyone else, especially when they gravitate down to POM or Lae and introduce their “unique” style of conflict resolution !
Yeah nah!!I'll be frank that I cannot consider someone a true Balmain / Wests Tigers man if he pays money to be the main sponsor of another club.

I'm optimistic that we can recruit less and retain more.... As we should.Im optimistic of the influence the Jarome Luai move will have on recruitment and retention into 2025.
I watched him train pre Xmas. Was very vocal in offence and defence in the practice match I saw them play. How's Fainu training for the guys that know?
And when does Sezer arrive?
This is key.
Can we build a successful combination.
It's been many years since this club had a successful halves combination.
Any finals fantasies hinge on it.

You're right. Especially odd how bottom placed sides seem to get a lot of bum calls from referees etcYour right. When your down the bottom you dont catch the breaks on and off the field.
14th.What are peoples genuine expectations now leading into 2024? For me, around the 12th to 10 would be a huge improvement. I'm not really expecting much and will let the team decide where they finish. But man, there is something different in the air this time. For the past 4 years, I've never expected much, and I usually kept very reserved about my expectations, but now hopefully we can see improvement.
So I’m just confused how you can provide such an excellent summation and then say the club is building well. We still have a long way to go and I think we all need to slow down and reserve judgement just to see how things evolve.14th.
People praise the forward pack and 8-13 to be fair is pretty good. The bench however is terrible and this will be telling in many games. Additionally even the starting pack will be weaker than most as soon as the inevitable injuries and suspensions start.
The halves for 24 will most likely be at best inconsistent. An ageing half (who was never a standout) that has spent 4 years out of the game is unlikely to exceed his counterpart in many games. I've higher hopes for Sullivan but he is yet to prove he is of first grade quality. Fainu I think could do a job but even if he shows patches of brilliance it will likely be punctuated with the inconsistency of youth.
Every player in the backline has a question mark over whether they can perform to even a serviceable level.
I don't mean to be all doom and gloom. Despite the above I do think the club is building well and potentially has better times in the not to distant future. I just dont think the better times will be this season. I am however excited to see how some individuals develop and perform in 24 and hope that the youth develops quicker than expected.
Whenever the next members day is.Does anyone know when and where the club does public trainings? Any info would be great! Thanks
Building well for the long haul, just not the short term.So I’m just confused how you can provide such an excellent summation and then say the club is building well. We still have a long way to go and I think we all need to slow down and reserve judgement just to see how things evolve.
There are a hell of a lot of variables….
