Olam apparently being subsidised by the Storm is a good deal for WTs.

As for Blore, Pole is a higher priority. Any increase in Blore's contract may have been at the expense of Pole. In the end he wanted to be at the Storm. Good luck to him.

to put him in the middle takes away his best asset, forces him to make double the tackles and blocks Laulili’i’s path. I like your thinking but ultimately I think the left edge is his spot. whether it’s at 6 or 12 is up to our coaching staff.

yeah, centre could work too. he's more Wade Graham than he is Brad Fittler personally. he could do a job at 13 or in the centres but 5/8 and back-row is where he should be. his ability to pick apart opposition defences is world class, probably why he's in contention for a first grade debut despite not being capped at Flegg level.

Agree on Galvin just don’t see him in the forwards anytime soon.

AD it’s up to him to actually own a spot that isn’t in the halves. It’s clear we have moved on from him in the halves. To be fair he looks like he has rehabbed very well wouldn’t surprise me if he hits the footy field before mid year. He can add value for the right price to the squad especially if he had improved his defence efforts/decisions.

Hope we've done our due on Olam's injuries... I have more faith now that I would have last year but it is a worrying comment to me.

Size does make a difference, when it comes to kids. Especially tall players. They'll get smashed. He has to get his body right for the rigours of the forwards, that's normal, and it just takes some time. For the next few years at least he'll be in the backs.

Doueihi is unlikely to be fit enough to even get on a field before July. And then given it's his third ACL it will take him a long time to get the confidence, strength and agility back in his knee. If he ever does get it back. Even before the injury he was hanging by a thread, no clear position, a poor attitude, terrible in defence.

I doubt any club would even consider him for 2025 on a minimum wage deal. Possibly a club like Dragons who may be desperate, but a train and trial somewhere is most probable. He'll have to prove his fitness, form, and what position he falls into. Dose he have the work rate to play in the back row? Probably about his only option left

Doesn't Alaimalo already come from QLD cup where he's been mainstay and players player? He's either ready to go in NRL or he isn't. I'm keen to see him thrown Toas spot asap
