Yeah he took a bit of a beating physically last night. He’s nowhere near his best footy. I’m starting to wonder whether he is really up for the challenge mentally of week in and week out NRL. He is still only 22, so I hope he gets it together.

Do you think he is better than ravalawa? Have only seen him play twice - seemed very similar player, great at yardage with a few more errors than you’d like.
Not that we would be a chance, but I'd steer clear of Cobbo.
Not the sort of player that would come here and succeed - because yah, seems to be difficult to manage and get the best out of.

Would not touch this kid ,I get bad vibes from the talk of him , he will break down
My thoughts are he likes the ball in his hand to create more then to control the moments in a game. I get that’s a halfback job anyway but there is potential for Galvin to be a first reciever in nearly every play as the Yeo mould lock and take options of run, pass short or pass out the back.
I think when Sezer returns it’s definitely something Benji should introduce to see how he handles it.
He has decent defence but I wouldn’t be calling on him for ‘lock type’ defence at this early stage. The remaining players in the pack can do the bulk of the middle defence.

Well he's running the ball like a 5/8 and taking it to the defensive line.. if he had people hitting holes it would be alot more obvious that he's running the ball well. Unfortunately he ends up getting tackled himself most of the time because of lack of runners.
He's directing the team around like a 5/8 (probably doing some of the #7s job to be fair).. but this will change when luai fills the #7 next year and takes control.
He's got the kicking game like a 5/8..
All round I think he's doing what a 5/8 should be doing, in my opinion.

When the original rumours of him leaving the club started to gain traction I was really disappointed. Especially because we have read this story before.
But now I am very for him leaving and happy it is official. he has been horrible in the past 3 weeks providing half asked runs and zero effort in defence. Every week he has been the worst forward on the field but journos will not recognise that.
That 800k can be spent a lot better....

Sign Tim Johanssen to a top 30 deal - If you don't know who Johanssen is go watch the last 5 minutes of the KOE game. Easily the best magpie signed player this season.

Benji will literally be given till round 10 next year. i was told he has to round 6 and the trials next season will be included as well, The faceless men behind the scenes where not happy from trials and our early victories did not mask there disappoints in what they saw on and off the field.
