Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

A few, thought he would kick in but shocking injuries and suspect defence have plagued him. I thought something had to give with him and Star but don’t think Star very saleable.
I won’t mind seeing AD going ok, even if it’s elsewhere.

I won’t be disappointed to see him leave … its frustrating though because he showed something in that game against Canberra …which we didn’t see again the rest of the season…

The plan is clearly for Skelton to be a starting winger next year …

That certainly doesn’t guarante any success though …just like the two you mentioned…one of whom gets picked in the side every week
I don’t know what point you are making. I never said he wouldn’t start, just said the jury is out. He doesn’t have much competition.

It would be nice to have another hard headed experienced forward or two …

I think we have more than enough young guys to develop. And it appears that vacant Top 30 spots are going to be scarce
I think we’re pretty set on hard headed and experienced forwards with the likes of Alex Twal, Seyfarth (kinda), Klemmer and Hunt. The types of players I wouldn’t be surprised if 3 of them got sin-binned in the same game.

I would like to see genuine young impact/game breaking players like Pole. I would say Tonga is also far further in his development than Jordan Miller is, whom I don’t have high hopes for. Though I definitely agree with your point if we can get better than what we currently have in our front row stocks

Mulitalo to wing, Skelton to prepare to move to back row?
outside the square thinking …not bad …

Skelton may not have the motor to move to the forwards though … Would be a risk considering he hasn’t got a lot of first grade experience to date …

Things are looking grim in the forwards … it’s not Round 1 yet ..but really hoping someone falls out of a tree

I don’t know enough about him but he looks like an edge back rower to me, if you could get Mulitalo you find a way to make something work.

the Roosters and Penrith seem to go ok with their hard heads

3 of the 4 guys you mention have been part of a multiple wooden spoon pack…it needs to be upgraded … Hunt is good but we dont know the minutes he will play next season,,,

There are plenty of young guys already here that they can bring along … the guy you mention may be a good player as early as next season … Im just looking for someone else who is already NRL level with a lot of first grade experience…just my opinion…
