Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

i get what you’re saying , and i feel bad saying it but douehi isn’t fast enough to be a centre. one speedy centre like taylan would be perfect to fill the spot until makasini is ready. maka still be a star , kinda already is , but needs time to develop and we need to win games now
Yeah douhei has a spot for us I just don't know where .

is it just me or do others also want NO backs signings.

We have two stars on the horizon in Luke Luuali and Makasini, Luke ready now, Maka hopefully mid next season. Then we have other kids who will likely push for selection late next season.

Our current backline as selected this week, is top 8 standard, in my opinion, but mid term, 2 will drop out for injuries or because Maka and L Luuali push them out.
Other than adding Taylan, I agree.

Bang for buck and a damn good player.

Really hope this one happens - but yah, need forwards badly.

Api being linked with the Perth Bears …. On Channel 9 now ….said “ he is open to it”,,,

Said Perth is a beautiful place and Mal is a good coach …

Not a lot to go on haha …

Would imagine if he does leave to go over there …some quick pivoting back to TDS might happen here 😂👍
hopefully it’s the light at the end of the tunnel that tds needs to sign on…

You hate him so much you tell blatant lies....you dont need to lie we can see your agenda
Luai went off with a shoulder injury
Doesn't change the fact he went off and the game totally changed with Cogger moving to 7 and Cleary to 6.

I don't hate him. He's a good 6. Just not a 7 and not a star.

I know that Taylan has alot of potential but I am genuinely concerned about his stability.

Ive seen ppl go through what I assume to be similar stuff, and they don't generally just go to rehab and come out "fixed".. Its usually a process over time.. and he'll probably fck up a few times along the way, so if we sign him, we do so accepting the risk it isn't going to be a smooth ride... We either be there as a support for him or we don't sign him at all.. there's no point throwing him a lifeline and having a 0 strikes policy, because i just don't think it's a reasonable expectation if what Ive read is to be believed.

I don't think this is as clear cut a signing as ppl make it out to be..
