The reason why it was delayed is cos the Roosters wanted to wait till they had played the Knights. Which is odd considering they clearly see him as a liability, why not just play against him and target him? How do you play a game knowing you will be in the opposition’s colours the next day. Idk how you are supposed to give it your all. He didn’t tank it though.

I've dangled out there Jonah Pezet now a couple of times with no bites from the forum. I think he could be quite gettable if the mail is correct that Jahrome Hughes will extend.

He would leave Melbourne because his path is blocked. Why would he come to us to play reserve grade?

Nah,... Look Dom Young ain't perfect, but he can cross the line.
He has really dipped in performance in 2025, was awesome in 2023. It happens.

We need to build our wingers Turuva and Skelton.... Above all keep people in the same positions so that they can get GOOD in those positions. No more flip flopping.

Roosters got done dirty with the draw, playing all major byes before Origin. The draw this year is a mess. Teams have byes, then 2 or 3 weeks later have another. Will be nice when the Bears come in in 27 and we have an even amount teams again. Till PNG.

I am assuming previous members will get first choice.. lol.

I explained above. If Latu transitions to 13, Pezet would come straight in. Only if that was the plan. Personally I hope Latu is given every chance in the halves.

Yeah at least latu plays direct. Good defensively. That's a start. Think he will be a a good half with a full season under his belt

It's common knowledge that Richo and Reynolds are close, his son manages his 3rd party deals for goodness sakes. So my take on all this, especially after reading Reynolds effusive commentary on how awesome it would be to play for wests tigers, and how great Benji and the team are, however I could not leave my wife and kids for 2 years. Well it really smells like a bit of a setup to get the Broncos to commit to Reyno at a higher contract value asap. We know Richo has come out and stated bluntly that any player contract discussion made public will be cancelled, and in this case, it was Richo making it public, shows to me this is all some Machiavellian move by Richo and co to help out a mate/family client and shake the tree at the Broncs to see who falls out for 26 ( Cobbo/Staggs/Willeson/Haas etc..)

likely go on tenure of membership, e.g. if you have been a season ticket holder for 25 years and have a grandstand ticket you will get first pick and it will go back from there

The draw is a mess . Commentators fapping over the bulldogs who have had the softest draw . Only played 4 top 8 sides so far & were flogged by 2 of them .
Play the Storm once only in round 25 .

They won't make the grand final

Yeah I don't think so either. Their rushing defence is great but keeping it up for the whole year takes a toll. Penrith did it but they had quality players off the back of it. Don't think the spine of the dogs is anywhere near a premiership spine.

TBH Canberra or Warriors have a decent as shot as anyone.

If the Dolphins had a full strength forward pack they would beat most teams at the moment

Back in 2005 I had a 100$ on the Cowboys at 15/1. My mate had 10$ on tigers to win at 150/1 and the Sydney swans to win at 9/1 as a double. Think it was 350/1 he got it. Nice win for him. Glad Tigers won but if they lost at least I could of drowned my sorrows that night haha
