Geyer definitely will beGeyer and Roberts wouldn’t be top 30 would they?
Roberts especially.
Are you sure it wasn't a case of mistaken identity for Johnny Cronk?Cronk was seen at Wests Tigers training very recently, nothing false about it.
Any chance we'll sign a Brad or a Kevin? These modern names, I don't know...2026:
Jock Madden
Javon Andrews
Kai Pearce-Paul
Mavrik Geyer
That's a glowing recommendation by your standards.Looks like he's scored more tries last year than Sukkar has in his life. A big body with some athleticism by the looks, a solid squaddie.
Wonder if we'll be releasing Bird
Newsflash: you can still have kids if you are gay.Ian Roberts bats for the other team , not his son 😂
By who? Where did you read this or see this?Cronk was seen at Wests Tigers training very recently, nothing false about it.
Geyer yes, Roberts probably noGeyer and Roberts wouldn’t be top 30 would they?
Roberts especially.
Are we talking Luis Roberts from Easts?Geyer yes, Roberts probably no
Ethan Roberts from the RoostersAre we talking Luis Roberts from Easts?
Got a few replies on that one haha. Completely forgot. My bad!I don't think Ian Roberts swings the correct way to have biological kids
with a big preseason, Roberts could rocket into contention. he has huge pedigree.I’m not being critical of the new signings because we need depth with NRL experience and defensively solid. I can’t see Geyer, Roberts, Madden making the 17. However when called upon won’t let you down. The way Tristan Hope came in and was solid in our wins over the Roosters and Titians.
Our next two signings IMO need to be middles. A level up from depth players, as week to week players in the 17.
Not sure that would be the correct deduction as there are no widely held facts to support that conclusion. We may have been quicker to offer a contract than Parramatta or the Dragons etc or he may prefer concord to Melbourne - we'll never know.Since you won’t answer. My comment was in reference to a question whether he would be top 30. I deduced that since he won’t be getting a contract from his current club that he won’t have a lot of options, hence our club can more or less lowball him. So again, how is that negative?
None of these guys were signed to be in our 17. Our previous issues have been related to quality depth and this is now being addressed.I’m not being critical of the new signings because we need depth with NRL experience and defensively solid. I wouldn’t rule Roberts or Geyer out. The way Benji rewards standout performers in preseason. Sam Fainu and Galvin (amongst other examples) come to mind.with a big preseason, Roberts could rocket into contention. he has huge pedigree.
Yep agree thats important to fix. However the need for an improved 17 is paramount.None of these guys were signed to be in our 17. Our previous issues have been related to quality depth and this is now being addressed.
