Very true , but he would bring some pretty handy basics to our club , we have Richard , Hodgo , Heino , Benji , all in our nrl coaching , needs to be thinned out

The Tautua brothers , especially max are killing flegg . Both centres . I think we should give Thompson another year , and see if some of these gin flegg backs like the Tautuas , Tavana , can make the jump . But Alomoti and Sloan would be good to chuck a year at , whilst they inevitably take up Bears contracts in 27.

Biggest draw back to that signing is that he would be a toothless tiger.

It seems the depth outside back we after will need to be at a lesser value than what Naden wants (going by what his manager revealed this week). So I reckon that rules out an Alamoti or Sloan or Simonsson.

Personally I would love for us to develop or recruit someone who possesses an aerial threat. Look at what that does for the Storm (Coates) & Roosters (Tupou, Marky Mark).

The proviso is that they have a bit more in their kit bag than just being an aerial threat otherwise Alex Lobb would be an obvious one.

Tino Tavana possesses this along with decent speed, step & the ability to produce the mercurial, so for me, he is a MUST to retain on a T&T.

Makasini has the potential to be an aerial threat if brought in via the left wing & Mapapalangi is good in the air attacking bombs too but hasn't played wing for a while.

Any others at other clubs? Maybe we could lure Navren Willett back from Manly?

Willet is a funny one . We were bagged from pillar to post about losing him at the start of this season … now the season is going its crickets…. Almost like much like Lobb , both are having issues with the physicality of elite football .
