Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Mitchell Moses continues to rip into Da Silva at every chance, it’s uncalled for and creates a toxic environment.
They say Ryles is a great coach, a good coach doesn’t allow that to happen.
I think that's where Ciraldo and Ryles will fall down.

Heck it's where Madge fell down, but less so.

Ciraldo clearly had too much Bully in his environment at the Bulldogs.
Ryles, from what other players have said. They never predicted that he would be coach.

Some people thrive in Harsh competition. It can work when you have to get people to throw their body at another player.
Others shut down.

I suspect TDS is highly regretting his decision to change teams.

You talk about standards from day one of pre-season. No player should be shocked or upset if they cop a spray for a poor effort. Thin skin? Play something else.
There is no lack of effort in Da Silva’s game.
He is making simple errors and looks a shell of the player he was at Wests Tigers.
I know it’s hard to feel sorry for him as he chose tj chase the money and leave, but it’s very noticeable the poor treatment he cops from Mitch Moses and no young player putting in plenty of effort deserves that.
The good news is Wests Tigers have no players with that type of poor attitude.
I’ve been critical of Luai’s on field performance, particularly in the first half of last season, but his positive reinforcement attitude far outweighs what you see from Mitch Moses when games are not going to plan.

Absolutely.
I think you are right in saying these coaches you mention are far too intense when things are not going to plan.

Unfortunately TDS deserves the criticism.
Played like a reserve grader.

both coaches have done their teams justice .League is a harsh environment.
Bet your bottom $ galvin had something to do with TDS to get antsy that quick

Because he is a reserve grader who didn’t want to learn under Api. Parra paid more than $500k for a reserve grader. And just like his mate at the bulldogs , when you don’t ply your trade and learn in reserve grade, you look like a fool in first grade.

Early days, but the Moses & Pezet experiment looks flawed. They're too similar in their structure, which makes them very predictable. The biggest problem though was Parra's paper thin defense.

I can't wait for our Easter Monday game.
