💯!!!Stefano is the biggest myth I’ve seen in the nrl since Tony Williams . He is a big reason their middle is leaking like a sieve , and only has explosive runs when he’s running at the smallest guy on the field. How he’s still being mentioned for origin and T may and twally are considered “Smokey’s” is just bullshit . He’s absolutely shit . And he was when he played for us . Used to piss me right off all the time .
Tucker is still devo (and rightly so) we let go of genuine guns like Galvin, Stefano, Staines, Naden, Tumeth, Junior Tupou.Lol.
lol. This dude has no idea.
Name some players he was hopeless at retention? Besides galvin and Stefano?
Anyone he lost that we wanted to keep?
And as I said in my last post I gave you like 10 names. You’ve given nothing lol
I’d love them to lose 6 straight and get the popcorn 🍿 out.I’m still laughing so hard listening to Cameron Ciraldo complain about the refereeing .. and the rule changes as to being the reason why his side isn’t doing well .. hahahahaha
He complained about the 6 again count that didn’t help them at half time .. ummm Dogs received 5 and Dolphins only received 1 up to half time .. awwww poor mongrel Dogs .. lol
Usually there are lessons in losing.I’m still laughing so hard listening to Cameron Ciraldo complain about the refereeing .. and the rule changes as to being the reason why his side isn’t doing well .. hahahahaha

Not enough has been said about Sam’s two offloads last week. The first one was top shelf smooth as silk and the second had the kind of magic on it only produced by the best magicians like ringmaster Benji. So it’s looking like a few people have stepped away from the ledge these past 24 hours, and the doom and gloom has been turned down a little …
I’m confident that the Fainu boys will re-up eventuallly with Sione already here a while yet …Im sure they will both be offered appropriate deals from the club …
Bula and Turuva are more at risk … they are good players but the club will have other options should they leave
Sam is priority #1 with Latu a close #2Not enough has been said about Sam’s two offloads last week. The first one was top shelf smooth as silk and the second had the kind of magic on it only produced by the best magicians like ringmaster Benji.
TDM is the BIG DOG no doubt, but Sam is a beast with skills and I love the way he is always there to protect his teammates in any kind skirmish. Him and Tylan on the same side must be painful for the opposition.
Good post. His two palm offs of defenders in consecutive matches were awesome. Sat them on their backsides. Love his work. Not enough has been said about Sam’s two offloads last week. It’s a joke with all the complaining from teams not performing about the speed of the game. Was our coach doing so when we won three spoons in a row?I’m still laughing so hard listening to Cameron Ciraldo complain about the refereeing .. and the rule changes as to being the reason why his side isn’t doing well .. hahahahaha

Bula isn’t as replaceable. Juniors coming through are very green. So it’s looking like a few people have stepped away from the ledge these past 24 hours, and the doom and gloom has been turned down a little …

The Luai thing seems to me to be pretty good news. They wouldn’t exactly be wrong. The club needed some good news after Luai.

I do agree with your post. I believe it’s also the willingness and fitness of a team to go with the momentum shift. If you’re playing for your team mates you’ll scramble to the death. It’s a joke with all the complaining from teams not performing about the speed of the game. Was our coach doing so when we won three spoons in a row?
The problem is obvious to see. You need to hold onto any momentum you can and defend well. It’s simple and hasn’t changed, what has is the ability for momentum to shift rapidly throughout a game.
Teams like the dogs, storm and raiders are either missing key forwards or just don’t have them to begin with. Our pack is for once performing well and has some really nice size while still having the leg speed to match. Big ups to our performance staff and to the players.
Agree with much of what you're saying here, H. And you say it without being a smart arse !Back to the old Balmain argument. We need to move on - they are irrelevant.
People want the best running our club. That's it. Benji is transparent, and that's why he has so much support. We can see his actions, and all feel they are the right ones. He's doing his job well.
HBG operates in the shadows. They need to step out of it to get credibility back. Because, in the same way Benji assessed, their actions make absolutely no sense a lot of the time. They aren't doing their job. It's not their money. They are custodians of the club.
We haven't even got a permanent CEO after 6 months. Our media has taken a back step, the stadium strategy is up in the air, and now we've been blindsided with no pre-emptive strategy to lock in our key players for the long term (i.e., the May's/ Bula). One of which had his discussions halted because of them.
It feels like we've managed to restart the bus, and we're saying all is fine with a bunch of L-platers navigating. We cannot turn into post-2010 again.
The teams that score points easily in tteir red zone have plenty of players in motion and their fullback constantly creating the extra man. It’s a joke with all the complaining from teams not performing about the speed of the game. Was our coach doing so when we won three spoons in a row?

Bula isn’t as replaceable. Juniors coming through are very green.
I literally didn’t imply any of that. I was saying he is harder to replace because our juniors might not be ready for when he leaves. No one is irreplaceable… this is his third year ..Bula is an above average player at his position with some weaknesses in his game ,,,he is not the next coming of Tedesco who was a true once in a generation talent …
