Sam got more than Latu. Not sure on Sams contract, and to be fair I cant put my life on Latu's, but starting around 200k came from a good source

I never heard any variation from the $500k a year until now ..thought this was money Scott Fulton offered them … and he wasn’t known for his frugalness ..

Personally I don’t gaf what he is on … Im more interested in the collective figure rather than the individual …. Having to be in a position to move players on to free up more cash to offer Samuel a sweetener to sign early doesn’t paint a great picture for an average at best squad .

Back when they signed my brother knew someone at the club and my brother new I had been following Latu since he was 15. The info then was the media report of 500k a year was just the final year and it started closer to 200k in year 1. This forum has had many posters cling to that price tag to bag the output of Latu despite being corrected many times. Not having a shot at you, its easy to miss some posts and you certainly cant read them all, but others have been told and refuse to take it in because it doesnt suit their need to criticise a kid who a coach wont use properly.
